 If you talk to Home Depot, he didn't do a proper prep to refinish a cedar deck.  He didn't use the proper roller and brushes.  If you look between the boards, you can see where it wasn't painted.  And it is flaking off in areas.  Those are the 2 keys things to prove that he didn't know what he was doing.  The time before when I had it done it lasted 8 years.

It was difficult to pin Kevin down to a start date. When that day arrived, it rained. I did not expect them to come in the rain but I did expect a phone call to inform me when they would arrive. Kevin seemed surprised by this. Once the work started, they generally arrived about 9:00am. Sometimes they took a lunch break and sometimes not. Sometimes they would work a whole day and sometimes not. They forgot to install one drip pan and did not come back as requested to complete the job. Several calls were made with no response. In addition, KB never returned or called to confirm the additional aluminum cladding job.
