Bob did a really good job. He worked very hard to ensure I was happy with everything. He also made some good suggestions and recommendations. Price was reasonable. I would use him again!

Great! Bob came over to give me an estimate; he was able to schedule the work in the next few days; his crew left my place neat and clean and put all the debris in the garage, in boxes; he really tried to make things look great and be very functional and practical; he gave me great advice as to what I actually needed and what would be overkill for my home and my needs; he was easy to communicate with; and for allt hat I had done, the price was extremely good. I had a very hard time even finding anyone that would replace my electrical panel, and it needed to be done because I had a federal pacific panel with the orange breakers, which was identified by my home inspector as being an extreme hazard. With Ruggles Electric, I am confident that it was done correctly and safely.

Overall experience was fine. Bob provided an estimate after finding the lamppost i wanted. Had a little wait to get them installed due to weather but overall a good job

He was on time, within budget, friendly but the best part was the bath fan we already purchased was not going to fit so he went out and bought another one and did not charge us a cent for it! He is an A++ in our book.

Fantastic. Bob Ruggles provided a thorough estimate and explained it all very clearly. He helped us anticipate issues and plan around them. Clearly he has a lot of experience in home building/remodeling. The rough-in work was done on schedule and thoroughly. Bob's crew were professional, accomodating and friendly. They made up for other contractors errors on several occassions without complaint (or extra charge). We did make a few adjustments as we went add Bob's prioce for the changes was very fair. On several occassions they responded quickly to keep the project moving ahead. Even our inspector commented on the quality of the electrical work! When it came to the finish work, we were amazed at how all that planning up front made things come out just as we wanted. Bob even had great recommendations for lights and trim that were spot on. He clearly took the time to understand our tastes and preferences. And another important thing - in addition to being a professional in every sense of the word, Bob also has a great sense of humor and is very easy to work with. He spent hours with my wife going over and over again the kitchen options for light placement and options (the undercabinet lights I initially pooh-poohed but he insisted on are just gorgeous and make the kitchen) - time he did not have to spend. All in all, Bob is the best of the many electricians we have worked with over the years.

Everything went very well. Mr. Ruggles brought his crew in and mapped out the locations of outlets and lights and switches, as well as where appliances would be installed. They worked quickly, ran conduit, and fished lots of wires. Passed rough and final inspection with no problems. Mr. Ruggles did a lot of work for us, and was always respectful of our needs. Had a great sense of humor.

Initially I was introduced to Bob, by the general contractor. It was not long into the project before the general contractor lost interest in the project and I began direct communication with Bob on the when and how the work was going to be done. Bob was reliable, always appeared when he said he would and the work was done in a professional manner. He returned phones calls, and was willing to make adjustments to the original plans. Other electricians would have walked away from the job, but Bob was willing to step in and fulfill his part of the contract.
