They were superb from start to finish - easy communication & date set-up via text, They showed up early on the appointed date with necessary extra help & equipment; and completed the job in less than half the time (and well!!) i would have estimated to be necessary. Further, their price was low enough and the work they did was so good - that it would have been a crime NOT to pay them more than the originally quoted price. (I did and was and am extremely happy with their work!)

We hired them to do the weekly mowing of our grass and trim the edges while we were out of town. They came the first week but stopped coming after that. I called them when I got back and evidently they just thought it was for 1 week. My neighbor told me that there was a lot of "mowed grass" left on the lawn and it was not up to our standards.

Great! They responded to my call the same day, and set up a window of time to show up. They showed up when they said, and they did a great, great job! The yard looked great, they were really fast, and the price was $50 cheaper than anyone else that I could find. They were very responsive and polite.

Worked very well with us to obtain all necessary permits. Permits took about a week. The city (Gurnee, IL) required 3 inspections during the build-out and all were approved. We paid $2000.00 as a down payment. Then paid $2,900.00 when paving stone was laid, and a final payment of $975 when all surrounding landscaping was completed. The complete construction too about 10 days and was first class.
