PRO AUTOWORKS INC

Within a week or so of replacing the radiator the vehicle lost a significant amount of radiator fluid and overheated. The vehicle was towed to their facility and inspected but they could not find a leak. After this occuring 2 more timed (overheating, towing and inspection) they determined it was a couple of small hoses which they charged us to replace. Again the vehicle overheated and needed to be towed. They then determined the vehicle needed a new head gasket. We decided to retire the vehicle after being told the new head gasket would cost over $400 to replace. Do to theThe greatest difficulty in dealing with Pro Autoworks was their inability to find the cause of the problem and the amount of time and hassle with having ot have the vehicle towed on numerous occasions. The vehicle belongs to my daughter who is pregnant and dealing with this stress was uncalled for.

Glenn and his staff have always been totally professional, accurate in their diagnosis of problem and fair in their charges. I have had them do everything from mounting and balancing some tires to oil changes to brakes on my truck. They have been very candid in their assesment, sometimes even suggesting not doing some repairsor postponing them. They take a very conservative approach and I have never felt they pushed me into repairs I didn't need.
I have been a customer for over 7 years and will continue.

I was greeted courteously by the manager, and he readily agreed to see to it that the under-carriage was wiped dry after the oil-change to make I wouldn't have oil drippings on my garage floor.

Fine experience---very efficient.

IMPRESSED ME BECAUSE I HAVE THE ORIGINAL BRAKES ON CAR AND HE TELLS ME I STILL DON'T NEED NEW ONES. THEY DON'T TRY TO DO UNNECESSARY WORK. MY CAR WORKS GREAT.
