This last time I had grazed the side of a rear fender and brought it to them for repair feeling that much work needed to be done. Larry Drake, with whom I had worked with before, thought that this could be buffed out without much trouble and pointed out some other scratches that they would take care of also. He was informative and understood that, since I would be paying for this out of my own pocket, cost was important. As promised, the car was completed on the same day. Looked great and what I thought might cost over a thousand dollars was a couple of hundred. Larry and the rest of the staff at the Libertyville office care about the customer and do what is promised.
