I purchased a refrigerator (set) from an online appliance center. Didn't realize when you have two side by sides, installation becomes a real issue. The appliance center sent several repair teams to install the refrigerators but they never got it right. Ultimately, appliance center washed their hands of the issue and I called numerous "certified" centers that the refrigerator manufacturer provided to me. None would come to our home or none would complete the installation on what they referred to as a specialty product. No one told us that during the purchase. After seven or eight NO's, we contacted Pinnacle. Sent the information by text of our products, agreed to a fair price and made an appointment. Work completed as requested and done properly. Super easy. Would definitely hire again.

He never told me what he was going to charge me. The pilot light wasn't coming on on the Oven. It took less than 30 minutes to fix and he charged me an extra $30 for this service. The quality of the work was great, but I felt he took advantage of price.

We realized the refrigerator was not working properly when the milk froze. Turning down the thermostat levels did not solve the problem, nor did vacuuming out the vent in the back of the unit, so we consulted Angie's List and called the closest repair company that was highly rated, Pinnacle. Because of many flooding problems in our area, they were unable to come immediately, but scheduled an appointment for the next morning, which was fine with us, as it was hardly a critical problem. The owner, Orrette, arrived promptly and was quickly able to identify the problem, a broken damper. He actually had a replacement part in his truck and installed it immediately. He was friendly, polite, and professional throughout., and even emptied out the refrigerator shelves where he needed access, replacing everything when he was done. We would not hesitate to call upon him again to repair any of our large appliances.

All went well. They came the day after I called for an appointment, which was great. The Owner was nice, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use Pinnacle again.

The refrigerator is a brand I had not heard of (we just recently bought the house) and I was told by a different electrician (who was doing other work for us and agreed to take a quick look at it) that it could be tough to find parts. After a brief phone conversation with the guys at Pinnacle they diagnosed the problem, ordered the right part, and got the 'fridge back in working order on the first try. Quality and professionalism were great, I just wish the price had been a little lower.

The freezer in our refrigerator was not maintaining temperature, and the ice maker didn't work. He diagnosed the problem, and did the repair. He explained what was wrong and told me that if further parts were needed, there would not be an additional labor charge, just the cost of the additional parts. In short, he came on time, was professional, and did the repairs successfully. I recommend him.
