Door Service
THE DOOR HAD A HUGE SCRATCH AND OTHER SCRATCHES AND DISCOLORATIONS THAT YOU COULD TELL HAD HAPPENED ON THE TRUCK. HE INSTALLED A BROKEN DEAD BOLT. HE ALSO MADE ME PAY HIM $55 JUST TO INSTALL MY STORM DOOR. HE THEN TOOK OFF OUR DOOR BELL AND WOULD NOT RE-INSTALL IT. HE LEFT THE PIECES OF THE DOORBELL ON THE OUTSIDE, WHERE I WAS LUCKY TO FIND IT. AS FAR AS THE SCRATCHES GO, HE SAID THAT WE MUST HAVE DONE IT. WE ARE CURRENTLY WAITING ON THIS COMPANY TO CALL BACK AGAIN.
