+ 5 more(see above) The job took less than a week. Larry did the work with another person (the same guy that did the job last summer with him). He also suggested money saving ideas for the project. We look forward to working with him again on other projects.
Description of Work: Larry replaced part of a wall that had water damage from water leaking from the outside in. The wall was in a laundry room. He removed the appliances and replaced the wall from floor to about halfway up. He tore out the old floor, laid down a cement subfloor and then ceramic tile. He also put in three new stairs up to the kitchen. He listened to ideas my husband had and offered his own and was very willing to work with him to get the job done. We supplied the tiles. He was able to do the work shortly after we contacted him and worked on it until it was finished, even though it turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated. We had hired Larry last summer to completely remodel a powder room. That job consisted of repositioning and replacing a toilet, putting in a new sink, light fixtures, medicine cabinet, ceramic tile on the floor, beadboard on the walls and painting. We were very happy with this job also. He a professional; I think his prices are fair, he kept us informed of progress or problems, and didn't quit til the job was done. We would definitely recommend him.

+ 1 moreLarry was responsive and punctual.I chose him because he sounded the most confident about what he was going to do, and price was good as well. As a suggestion, he gave me a discount for paying in cash :) He came in on time with a colleague and immediately started working. Finished installing the window in less than 4 hours. And the job he did was very good quality as well. I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 morePhoned in the morning on a Friday and he said he would be there and promptly arrived and was courteous and even took off his shoes not to track any outside dirt in. Larry was very pleasant and worked diligently until the job was done. Paid him with a personal check. I neglected to ask him if there is a senior citizen discount but everything concerned and working a good deal of Saturday seemed to be a fair price so I am planning on calling him to do another job but this one isn't urgent.
Description of Work: May 2, 2008 & Sat. May 3, 2008: Replaced all the old piping under the main bath vanity and also a leak in the crawl space

+ 6 moreWhen we called Larry for an estimate, he came to the house and was very prompt. The estimate was spot on. When Larry and his crew member came to the house, they covered all flooring to make sure everything stayed clean. Larry is very knowledgeable. He will make sure that you are not wasting your money on things that you really do not need. He is very meticulous and did an awesome job. He was not happy with the way a section of the wall turned out and he came back to fix it right away. We also have used his services to replace and ejector pump and water leaking from a window well.
Description of Work: Larry completely renovated our full bathroom. He removed the vanity, medicine cabinet, bathtub, tiles on walls and floors, toilet and glass shower door. He repaired water damage underneath the floor. Replaced everything with new items. Primed, painted and repaired walls. Installed new towel holders, TP holder. Rewired light fixture to accommodate new light. Installed timer for exhaust fan and cleaned existing exhaust fan.
