Equipment rarely updated. Young staff with poor communication skills use gang intimidation tactics because they do not know how to communicate with you directly and honestly. Trainers/acting managers use aggressive salesman tactics to force you into trying training sessions even if you politely decline. The same guy also had me fill out a long questionnaire, then blew me off on the appointment even though he asked for multiple confirmations. Locker room has a weird smell from the buffet next door as well. It’s just not worth it to risk Covid-19 to join this gym.

The facility has nice equipment and is generally kept up okay.  I'm not thrilled with the "feel" of the place.  It is particularly prone to meathead type weightlifters that add a negative vibe.  I think the worst part is the sales team.  Very pushy.  But aside from that the gym is alright.

It was fine.  It was not very professional but it served the purpose.

I have been a member for some time, but lately the club has gone down in quality.  While I will still most likely continue to be a member, if there was a viable alternative nearby, I would definitely consider switching clubs.

They are well equipped. They have a good pool. They have machine that squeezes the water and it’s good because you can have the baby sit in the car and you can swim before you go to work. The other place does not have this machine and its disappointment. They do have people to do the coaching. It’s a large facility and doesn’t get too crowded. They have weights on the machines. Sometimes their climate control is not very good and takes them a while to react to that. They don’t repair the liner on the machine. The pool is inconsistent on the heat level; either they are too hot or too cold. They are hot but more often they are too cold. The pools are wonderful in size. I have used them for a year and only one time they had a problem of cleanliness. There are minor problems of bathroom and hardware. They don’t fix things fast. They don’t know what needs to be fixed and don’t respond quickly. They respond very slowly. They do not have a very organized way of putting in requests to fix things or adjust it. Price is okay. They like automatic withdrawal as per the billings are concerned. I do not like that; I like sending cheques. My wife and I both like them. My wife likes the classes. I like the spin classes and I have been consistent on them. Sometimes they play the music too loud in the spin classes. The worst thing is that they do not keep the stationary bikes in good condition. So even when these bikes are usable, they are not in good condition; they are fairly in poor condition. One thing which is annoying is that they do not actively tell people to clean the machines after they use them. They have paper towels and self dispenser. But the paper towels soapy stuff that comes out doesn’t look that effective. I use my own disinfectant and I know I’m the only one who does that. There is no hygiene guidance. There are staffs to clean but you don’t see the hygiene work and the machines cleaned. You get what you pay for so that’s okay. I would use them in the future.
