The work was okay, but after a few years, it started peeling. Happy Tub provided me with a written, seven year, guaranty. I contacted them, they admitted fault, and said they would schedule an appointment when they "were in the area." After two months, they promised to fix it the following month. They never contacted us, never responded to calls and texts, and did not respond to a Better Business Bureau inquiry. DO NOT USE Happy Tub. They do so-so work at best, are dishonest, and do not honor their written guaranty.

It was a terrible experience and they didn?t do a good job. He never showed up on the day he promised to. He just never came back and left the job incomplete. I consider them as people with no integrity.
