Nice guy. Talks like a seasoned, experienced professional. Makes lots of promises about everything: Time required to complete project, assurance of top quality work, excellent craftsmanship, and complete satisfaction. DID NOT DELIVER on promises. Missed painting 2nd coat of paint in several areas. Spilled paint on carpet in MANY places and didn?t even bring that to our attention. Second room he painted was rushed, incomplete, unacceptable. Wanted to be paid in cash the minute he finished, WHILE NOT allowing my husband to inspec the work. Also: he engaged in conversations with me that went on and on when he should have been working!!!!! He was willing to come back to complete our project, but UNABLE to remove over a dozen paint stains in our carpet. His assistant?s work was truly unacceptable.

I had a great experience with Color Concepts. They painted a large portion of the interior in my home.They painted the down stairs celling, walls, trim, the kitchen,dining and the front room. They were neat and clean and always cleaned up after themselves. The two biggest things that I really liked about them was that they were trustworthy and and very respectful.

Hired Steve after reading his stellar reviews but he walked out on our job two days after starting it. It must take special skill to mess up a paint job!!! Be aware and have back up if you hire him. We had to spend more money to get his patch work fixed.

Steve contacted me and came out to give us a quote and he was very reasonably priced for the work to be done. He was on time each day and finished ahead of schedule. He and his partner were were good and did an excellent job. I wish I could add pictures. Great Job guys!

Steve is great to work with. I barely pulled up recommendations and he was calling to set up a time to come see the project. He happened to be in the area and was in our driveway within 20 minutes. His estimate was very reasonable. He discussed options, made recommendations, and delivered as promised. They painted ceilings in two rooms and a hallway. They painted two bedrooms, the upstairs bathroom, the upstairs hallway, and an accent wall in the living room. In addition, they painted our fence that runs the front of our property, as well as a large utility shed that we threw at him after completion of the intial project. They began the project within a week of the estimate. They arrived on time, handled the entire project in a professional manner, and completed the project within three days. They did the job he said he would do, in a timely manner. We are, needless to say, impressed and very pleased with the outcome. From the beginning, he gave the impression that he 'wanted' to do our project. Some of our previous experiences made us feel like the contractor felt he was doing us a favor by even providing an estimate, much less, doing the project. This was absolutely a breath of fresh air.

Steve is excellent. He was very up front with us on his recommendations and his quote was in line with the work we needed to be done. He gave us various options depending on the ultimate work product we desired and then delivered on it flawlessly. He arrived promptly and delivered work product beyond our expectations. He is a must hire for painting projects.
