They were fabulous.  It took an hour an a half to complete the repair.  He was the new owner, he was a veteran, and he was outstanding.  Under the previous owner, they came out in 2013 and also were outstanding.  Again, it was for emergency AC repair in the middle of a heat wave.

Timothy arrived within the window of time he said he would be performed a thorough inspection and communicated very well. Will absolutely use this company again if the need arises.

They came right on time, infact we had them out 2 years for furnace and ac service, plus duct cleaning.

Tom and Monika with Circulaire are wonderful! I had Tom come to the house in July of 2011 to inspect and service my furnace and A/C after purchasing my almost 50 old home. At that time Tom told me both my furnace and A/C unit were at the end of their life and the filter and humidifier were non-functional.
As soon as I could afford the new system, I called Tom in for an estimate (April 2012). He took time to listen to the sort of system I thought I needed and filled in the rest. After we agreed on the components Monika helped with the paperwork for the North Shore Gas low interest heating loans. As soon as the loan was approved, the work was scheduled. Tom arrived promptly and spent the first day dismantling the old system and replacing the A/C unit. I had some work to do in the utility room where the new furnace was going to be placed so Tom came back the next day after I finished with the new sub floor, flooring and painting. Tom takes pride in his work and the fact that he does it right the first time. Everything works perfect and no call backs were required. A month later I called and purchased a U/V light and once again Tom was prompt and the light was installed and works great.

Arrived right on time. Performed all services as I had asked for. Discovered that my humidifier wasn't working properly because the solenoid valve wasn't opening up as it should. They had the part in their truck and fixed right away. I was a little stricken by the price ($192.00) but they showed me the price in their price book so that is what I paid. They had to come back the following Monday to finish the chimney work as they didn't have the proper sheet metal with them at the time. The repair man arrived on Monday afternoon exactly as promised and finished the work just as he said he would.
I let the owner know that he could consider me as his and quot;newest customerand quot; as I was completely satisfied with the job they did. I just wish they could get the solenoid valve for a little bit less than they did but at least it's fixed now and I won't have to worry about that anymore. That is particulary true for the chimney as well.

As soon as the owner was able to get the parts (1-2 days) he came back to install. Fan has functioned fine for approx. 1 month in hot weather.

I purchased a single family home on 7/12/11 and needed the furnace and A/C units cleaned and tuned-up. I called Circulaire on 7/19/11 and asked for an appointment as soon as possible. Tom was available to come out the very next day which was great since it was going to be almost 100 degrees that day. He was on time and got right to work. He was there over two hours and took the time to answer my many questions. They are both at the end of their life cycle and I asked Tom to provide a quote for new units. He also took the time to look at my ducts in the attic and crawl space. I expect I will be using Circulaire to install my new units and will use them in the future.

I spoke to about 10 people and he was the one we picked up. He was extremely reasonable. He charged me exactly what he said. He was honest and he showed me personally that the system was 99% efficient before he cleaned it. I was really impressed when he said that no repair was needed. He was able to come the next day when many other companies asked for a week's time to come out. He was on time. They were very professional.

Turned on my AC on 6/29/11 and left my home for a couple of hours. Upon return, I realized my home was not as cool as it normally was. In checking out the vents the air flow felt warm to the touch. Called Circulaire at 9:12 PM and left a message for them to work me into their schedule the following day which would be 6/30/11. I have out of town guests arriving this evening so I needed my AC to be working correctly. After I left the message I went outside to water. When I came in noticed that I had a message from Monica of Circulaire. My call had been returned at 9:46 PM and the message stated for me to call her back this evening. I called Monica at 10:12 PM and apologized for the late call but thanked her for their promptness. She stated it was, "no problem, they are here for me 24 hours a day". I advised Monica of my concerns which she relayed to Tom. They scheduled an appointment for me at 8:00 AM the next morning, which is today 6/30/11. Tom was right on time and checked out the unit. It was running warm and he ran some diagnostic. He found the unit slightly low on freon and advised that the leak could be anywhere and that he did not think it was that big of an issue. He recommended to charge the freon. I asked him if he would clean up the unit which in his case is a given anyway. He added the freon, cleaned up the unit and my unit is now blowing very cold AC. I am submitting this report at 9:23AM and he has been gone for roughly 20 minutes! This company is dedicated to taking care of their clients. This is my third interaction with them and they are consistent in their actions each and every time I contact them. They are professional, polite, responsive and always treat me with utmost respect.

The experience was outstanding. The owner came promptly to look over the situation, and made a recommendation for a new furnace that would meet my needs. Five days later, he returned with another individual, and they replaced the furnace very quickly (arrived at 8:15; finished by 3PM). He said he'd call in a week to see if we want further adjustments. He went above and beyond expectations, replacing some messy work done by previous HVAC contractors to get everything in place much more neatly, professionally, and reliably than before. He was knowledgeable and charged exactly what he bid for the job in advance. Of note, as he predicted, the house has much better airflow than before; corners of the house that previously wouldn't warm up are now quite comfortable -- so much so that I'm going to lower the thermostat. This is the third HVAC contractor I've used over the years, and I would use him again without hesitation.

The only word to explain this transaction is EXCELLENT. I emailed the company on a Wednesday inquiring if they would work in a crawlspace. An email response came within minutes. I asked if I could have a Saturday appointment never expecting that following Saturday but that is what I got. I was running late to get home and called Tom, he said no problem and for me to call him when I got near my home. I did and he was there in minutes. He inspected my HVAC, crawled under the house and did a complete inspection. The crawl space was not an issue for Tom and he is not a small man. He is tall and muscular so I still do not know how he managed to do what he did in such a short time. As stated before I thought I needed a complete ductwork replacement. Tom advised that it was not necessary and that he was confident he could reconnect the disconnected ducts and re-secure all the others that were simply taped. He also suggested insulating them for optimum and efficient useage of electricity. He gave me a quote on the following Monday and started work that Wednesday after purchasing the materials he needed. Overall I think the complete job may have taken him 11 hours underneath the house. He was always prompt. We had some serious rain so we had to allow some of the ground around the house to dry out in order to use his time most efficiently. Tom was almost always at my home unattended and I trust him completely. He did a super good job and did it in a prompt manner. He was always neat and clean so much that I could not even tell he had been present. Any questions I had he answered immediately. Due to my work environment, most communication during the day was via email with his wife. Who might I say is a wonderfully professional and compassionate person. She always responded to me and treated me with utmost respect. Upon completion I called and left a message that I would like to drop off payment and would be happy to do so immediately. They contacted me and advised they would be happy to stop by my house so that Tom could go over everything with me at that time. They advised the time and were prompt as usual. Shortly after the work was completed perhaps a few days I thought I smelled something burning but I did not know what. I called Tom who immediately stopped by my house to take a look around. There was nothing burning in regard to my HVAC at least - it was some neighbors burning leaves and the wind had blown it down by me. I tried to pay Tom for stopping by and checking the smell out for me. Of course, he would not hear of it. My electric bill has been reduced by 50% this summer. These two people are some of the most professional, responsive folks I have ever met in my life. I can promise you, if you give Circulaire a chance to work for you, you will not be dissapointed and they will become the ONLY HVAC contractor you will ever need.

Tom arrived on time, used state-of-the-art equipment, and did a thorough and meticulous job. He also cleaned my dryer vent at no additional charge.

The company who replaced our two furnaces recommended Circulaire to us for air duct cleaning, saying that Circulaire does a good job, and that we shouldn't go with the advertisements that state cheap prices, as the charges are usually per register, and do not include intake vents. I forgot what else it was he said, but I did look into one of those types of advertisements... called to get an estimate, and confirmed the things I was told (e.g. charge per register, do not include intake vents, plus additional charges per system, and main ducts maybe? I forgot now). Circulaire was probably a little more than the place I called for an estimate (that charged per register), but I felt good that they came recommended by a competing company, and that they gave me a quote for both systems in their entirety. I didn't feel like they were going to nickel and dime me. Tom was responsive in setting up a time. Both men showed up on time and were very professional. They weren't very conversational as they hardly talked, which is okay. They came and did their job diligently. Their occasional comments I found to be helpful. For instance, I didn't realize that in the winter months, we should close the intake vents located high on our walls, since hot air rises and we want to keep that in the room. Instead, we should keep the lower intake vents open so as to have the colder air exchanged. In the summer, do the opposite for the same reasons. They also mentioned that our vents seemed to be pretty clean; either the previous owner was extremely clean, or they had the ducts previously cleaned. We were satisfied with their work and would use them again.

We were having a problem with some of the rooms in our house not getting any heat. Could not find any closed dampers in our duct work and feared they were in the drywalled part of our basement ceiling. Called Tom after doing research on the internet showing they had the Rotovision System, which is a camera that can be used in the ducts. Tom answered the phone and said he was in the city and he would come on over to the burbs right when he was finished with his job there. He also told me he would take a look and would only charge me if there was work that needed to be done. Sounded great. He arrived right when he said he would and started his investigation. He checked the rooms. Then he checked the basement. And then he found our dampers--without the camera. Personally, I'm not sure how we missed them (ALONG WITH TWO OTHER PROFESSIONALS WHO WE HIRED FIRST AND COULDN'T HELP US), but the fact of the matter was he did. He opened them up and now we have heat where we need it. When I asked him what I could pay him, he told me he wouldn't charge me for what he did. This is a good, honest company and if the need arises, I'll be using them in the future.
