One problem that was encountered was some old flock wallpaper that refused to come off the wall. Carl tried several products on the material and it still would not come off. The only way to get it off was to very slowly, one inch at a time and slowly scrape it so the wall behind would not be damaged. It took 3 men 2 full days to get the old paper off the walls, one inch at a time. I was expecting an extra charge since this extra work and time was not in the original agreement, however, there was no charge. The crew did NOT rush to make up for the lost work time. Carl did inform me that due to the wallpaper, I was asked if they could either work later to make up for the lost time on the wallpaper or have an extra day to complete the job. This crew always showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would finish. NO surprises. VERY DEPENDABLE. Quality work.
