Jose and his team did a great job in a tough environment, working amongst rafters without easy stepping / easy boards. We also happen to be a dusty environment, and his team came prepared with appropriate masks and headlamp equipment to get the job done in the dark. This particular work had a very high peak, and they overcame the height via teamwork. They interacted well with our staff, and got the job done over two days. Thank you Jose and Team!

Jose and his team did a great job with blown-in fiberglass attic insulation. They had me take a look at the depth of the insulation once they were done. I could see an even level of insulation from end to end. They put down drop cloths, to avoid leaving insulation behind inside the house and vacuumed the work area afterward, to be sure. Increased the insulation up to R-60 and I could already see the reduction in our energy bills this winter.

BMB was punctual, did the work that they were contracted for very well and I would use htem again. I have recommended them to others.

Excellant they were on time and made sure that everything was cleaned and ready for me to do walls and flooring when done.

When Jose came to give me a quote for our building's closets (which have 3 outside walls) the quote was terrific. It may have been a misunderstanding, but I thought he told me he would finish, clean up and then fix the drywall where the holes had been made to blow in the insulation. After the job was underway, Jose changed his story and said, "No, I said I'd give you the drywall guy's phone number." Well, that was an additional expense because we had to hire another guy to do that part of it. So, the quote was blown with the extra expense, which we hadn't counted on.
I don't know what his insurance is like, but his workers were working with fiberglass and didn't start out wearing any masks. When I heard one of the guys coughing, I asked where the masks were and they went out to the truck to get them. On the fist floor, they didn't tape plastic over the doorway, which made a real mess with dust all over my downstairs neighbor's bedroom. Uggh! When they came up to do mine, I had them tape plastic over the doorway, so at least me and my upstairs neighbor were less of a mess.
Finally, they didn't bring a shop-vac with them, so the clean up on the first floor was done with their hands and no gloves! Finally their foreman showed up with a shop-vac and they cleaned up all three units.
The original estimate was 2 hours for each unit, but they got here at 11am and didn't leave until 7:30 pm. So, it took a little longer than we thought, however, considering the extra work for the drywall repair after the fact, the entire project took 3 days (dry time, etc.) So, I slept elsewhere for 3 nights.
On the downside, it was more expensive than estimated, and a very messy affair that needed a lot of cleaning up. On the upside, it gave me a good chance to reconfigure my closet and get rid of clothing I no longer wear.
