ASAP Appliance Service

After they left, it began leaking again. We have called several times to get them to come back out. He answered the first time and said they would be out. When they didn't come, he acted suprised that no one showed. Now, he isn't answering the phone and will not return any of my calls.

He repaired it quickly and explained to me what he thought the condition of the appliance was. Apparantly the problem was a fairly common one and he had the parts on hand. I asked him a few questions about the appliance and he was good about answering my questions. Price was great in my opinion and service was awesome. I'd call again if I have other breakdowns.

Great service! They came over the same day I called and were able to immediately diagnose the problem. They didn't have the required part on hand but we made plans for him to come back the next morning. He was on time and quickly fixed the problem. If I had chosen not the get the washer repaired, the service call would only have been $20. Since the washer is in good shape overall, I decided to go with the repair.

We have used their services for about five years. They are excellent. They get back to us immediately and can usually come out the same day. The repairs are made the same day they come out and we have never had to wait for a part. They are helpful and always have a friendly attitude.

Came out quickly and easy to deal with. I would recommend them.

KEN CAME OUT AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY DID NOT CHARGE TO COME OUT TO LOOK AT OUR WASHER. GAVE US AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE TIMER AND SCHEDULED SERVICE FOR NEXT DAY. HE CAME LATE THE NEXT DAY, BUT CALLED TO SAY SO. HE REPLACED THE TIMER AND CHARGED EXACTLY WHAT HE ESTIMATED. PRICE SEEMED VERY HIGH FOR A TIMER REPLACEMENT THAT TOOK 10 MINUTES. THE TIMER WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME, BUT HE DID COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM. KEN WAS FRIENDLY BUT SEEMED IN A RUSH AND THAT PROBABLY EXPLAINS THE MISTAKE MADE ON THE FIRST PASS AT INSTALLING THE TIMER.

AGENT (KEN) REPLACED GASKET AS 'CURE' FOR REFRIGERATOR AND BELT ON WASHER. REFRIGERATOR WORKED A DAY OR TWO, THEN STOPPED AGAIN. AGENT WOULD NOT RETURN OR RESPOND TO CALLS. WASHER NEVER OPERATED PROPERLY. WORK WAS DONE WHEN PARENTS WERE OUT OF HOUSE AND CHILD AT HOME TO LET HIM IN. THIS PERSON DID SOME 'QUICK' WORK FOR WHICH HE CHARGED HIGH PRICES. . NEVER DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEMS CORRECTLY. WOULD NOT RETURN OUR CALLS. WE WERE AWAY FROM THE HOME AND HAD AN OLDER CHILD BE THERE TO LET HIM IN AND WORK ON THE APPLIANCES. THE REFRIGERATOR WORKED FOR A LITTLE WHILE BECAUSE IT HAD (AS WE FOUND OUT LATER) A DEFROSTER PROBLEM . AND WHEN LEFT W/OUT POWERE, IT WOULD DEFROST. AS SOON AS IT OPERATED FOR A DAY OR TWO, THE DEFROSTER WOULD NOT FUNCTION AND IT WOULD SHUT OFF AGAIN.
