Always Nature's Way Wildlife

Good results. Jason came out and found evidence of mice in the attic. He also checked other areas of the house, but no mice anywhere else. He spent some time explaining how to control mice. Poison was placed in the attic. It took about two days and then no more mice noises. Jason also told me that the treatment should last for two years. That was good to know. It made the cost of treatment a better buy (not having anything to compare the cost to, I thought it was on the high side). That being said, I am very pleased with this company.

Jason is very Professional. I have used him before and I am very confident that he will get any animal that decides to take over our Home Areas. Thanks Jason for always coming through and always giving tips to keep them away. Unfortunately it seems like we have had some very determined critters that keep trying new and different areas. Jason always provides excellent, prompt, professional service. He patiently returns to complete humane trapping & removal of chipmunks from under a front door stoop. When they're finally gone, he comes back and cleanly seals up the area to prevent future entry. I strongly recommend Jason's kind, effective work. 

I can't say enough of how professional Jason was. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He cleared the area of the debris left by the skunk and created a barrier so that the skunk was more likely to go towards the trap.  Although Jason told me to call him when the skunk was captured, he did show up the next day to check it out. It did take a couple of days for the skunk to get caught.  I called Jason, he showed up that morning and removed the trap. I won't hesitate to call him again he was great.

Jason immediately knew what the problem was. He is very knowledgeable about the behavior and habits of wildlife. His observations about the situation were spot on. He did a very thorough inspection and verified his assessment with a camera to be sure. He gave us advice about diminishing the skunk smell. He was very upfront about the potential scope of the problem and the worst case scenario in case there was a skunk carcass. Jason returned all calls, answered all questions, and is very competent and pleasant to deal with. A very nice, respectful, hard-working guy. We will continue to call him first if and when we have wildlife issues.

Jason was very responsive to our call. He showed up the following day and set the trap by the roof fan which is how she entered the attic. She was caught that night and he came back the next day to finish removal of all the animals. He presented us with a proposal with detailed information on the cost of all the remedial work that needed to be done: removal of all the insulation which had been damaged due to peeing and pooping up there for a couple of months. (We were not home for several months which is why they were able to enjoy our home for so long.), deodorizing and disinfecting the area, replacement of the damaged fan and adding additional animal guards around all 3 fans we have and finally blowing in new insulation. The job took approximately 2 days with 2-3 guys. They were all very polite and took care to protect our floors and were very conscientious in cleaning up when the job was done. They went beyond the scope and also painted a couple of water stains on our ceiling. And, since they had to get a dumpster for removal of all the damaged insulation, we were able to clean our basement of unwanted, rather large items. Jason and his crew helped us carry those items to the dumpster. Also, he sent the proposal to our insurance company and worked with them to help us file our claim. Overall, it went very well and I would recommend Always Nature's Way for this type of work.

Jason from Nature's Way came out to remove a new batch of squirrels from the roof of our boathouse. They had chewed through the new wood sides we put up last year to make a new snuggly home. Jason returned my call promptly and came out within a few hours to set up a few traps to catch my fuzzy little squatters. He was back the next day to pick up one squirrel from the trap, and left an extra trap up in case there were more. He even patches up the holes to ensure that new critters don't make their way in. And he releases the animals far away in state approved locations where they can make new homes.
Always Nature's Way is responsive, courteous, and professional. I would use them again if necessary (though hopefully I can keep the squirrels out for good this time!), and I recommend them to everyone.

I called All Nature's Way on a Thursday, and they were out the next morning to set up traps for the squirrels. They were responsive, reassuring, and answered every question kindly. It took a few trips but the family was relocated, and All Nature's Way was responsive every time I called. 4 days later, the job was done, and our boat lift was squirrel-free.
While I'm sad that my little family of squirrels had to move, I know they were in good hands, and I would use All Nature's Way again if the need arises.

We've worked with Always Nature's Way before, about five years ago, to remove a dead opossum from under our porch. So we called them when we saw a groundhog burrowing under the shed. When he set the traps, Jason Leith, the company owner, was friendly and knowledgeable. The next morning, when there was a skunk in one trap, I phoned Jason. He guessed the groundhog had left when the skunk moved in, and I thought he said he would come and take the skunk away and euthanize it. The traps and skunk were gone when I came home that evening. BUT. . . Two weeks later I called because there was more digging in the same place as before, and Jason said that it was probably the same skunk he had caught. and quot;You told me to release it,and quot; he said. I don't remember that conversation, but that does not sound like something I would want, a live skunk in my yard. But as I was explaining that there must be a misunderstanding the line went dead. I phoned Jason back immediately, thinking his battery may have died, and never heard from him again, leaving me to believe he'd gotten angry for some inexplicable reason during our conversation and hung up on me. In a few weeks I wrote to request a refund, explaining the story as a presumed misunderstanding, as I did here. Jason left a message on my machine shouting that I would get my refund because my money's no good to him and that I cannot tell him the law (in the letter, I'd said that I would tell this story to Angie's List, but also to the Department of Natural Resources, because the people who eventually did help me catch three skunks in my yard said they thought it was illegal to release a skunk from a cage, since skunks are incredibly rabid). He ended his phone message telling me to never contact me again, which I had no desire to do anyway. But I did have to send him a brief letter a month later, in early December, to remind him that he'd promised to refund my money. Now it is January, and no refund.

He gives excellent service and he does his job very well.

We heard noises in our crawl space/attic. Called the service and talked to Dorothy. Jason came out within a couple hours. Jason assessed the situation by checking both the inside and outside of our home. Jason brought his own ladder and removed his shoes upon entry into our home. He checked in all 3 of our crawl spaces and attic. He took appropriate measures and told us he would call us over the holiday weekend or would even come back over the holiday weekend to check the traps. He told us to call him any time. He gave us several options to solve the pest problem we were having. Jason and Dorothy are polite, efficient, and professional. Much more so than any other service we have used. Jason described the problem and explained everything to me in detail. This explanation really made me feel better. I would highly recommend this service.
