+ -1 moreERIC LEE WAS VERY POLITE, AND RESPONSIVE. HE WAS COMPETITIVELY PRICED WITH OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LOAN. I DID A ZERO POINT LOAN. THE PRICE LISTED IS WHAT ALL THE CLOSING COSTS WERE FOR THE LOAN.
Description of Work: ERIC LEE WAS MY LOAN OFFICER. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT LOAN PROGRAMS AVAILABLE. I HAVE USED HIM A COUPLE TIME NOW FOR MY PRIMARY PROPERTY AS WELL AS MY INVESTMENT PROPERTY. I HAVE REFERRED HIM TO MY FRIENDS AND THEY ARE ALL PLEASED AS WELL.
