ERIC LEE WAS VERY POLITE, AND RESPONSIVE. HE WAS COMPETITIVELY PRICED WITH OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LOAN. I DID A ZERO POINT LOAN. THE PRICE LISTED IS WHAT ALL THE CLOSING COSTS WERE FOR THE LOAN.
