From the first meeting with Julio to the fence installation, we could not have been more pleased with our experience and with the final product. We have an acre yard and chose a split rail with coated wire. It’s gorgeous, we get compliments all the time. The work was impeccable, the men who installed the fence were meticulous and communicated throughout the process to be sure everything was how we wanted it. I can’t say enough about how great this company is.

Advance was timely with the estimate, took care of a complicated floor plain permit and was here exactly as they said they would be.

I had contacted several companies for quotes. Advance was the most reasonable in price. They came out, did measurements and sent me the quote in a timely manner. I had them pull the permits and they called me to tell me the price of the permits prior to getting them. They called to have the utilities marked. My fence was installed in 2 days and is beautiful. Great communication and workmanship.

While Julio and I discussed my project he was very helpful. He suggested styles and answered detailed questions well. Day of Miguel showed up, right on time. I talked to him and he got the job going fast. He was happy to help me with last minute decisions. I'm detail oriented and Advance Fence is too! Left everything spotless. Fair and reasonably priced local company. Was willing to use some of my existing materials which other pros wouldn t. This helped us save money which I greatly appreciated.

I had hired a competitor company in the same area to repair a wood fence at my home. We had set a date and price. After a few â  reschedulesâ  they just didnâ  t show up and didnâ  t answer their phone. I called Advance fence and they were here within the week and the fence is fixed, and at a cheaper price! Totally would recommend them!

They were extremely responsive towards my wants and needs. They came out several times at my request. They had a contract that they followed to the T. I was allowed to inspect every single move that was made, this was all apart of the contract.

I just had a split rail wood fence installed by Advance Fence, Inc. Julio is great to work with, and he and his team did an excellent job with the installation. I can't say enough good things! I would highly recommend this very professional company - you will NOT be disappointed!

i started out by contacting 12 contractors to replace my 22 years old cedar fence. most of the posts had rotted and a large section of the fence had fallen down. of the 12 contractors, only 5 decided it was worth contacting me to give a quote. price was never a consideration since all 5 quotes were so close in price. i narrowed my list down to 2 contractors that i felt would do the best job. julio at advance fence had me sold mostly because of the great communication. he got back to me within a day no matter how i contacted him, email, phone, text... i couldn't ask for more than that since i am a realistic person and understand he has other clients and can't just drop what he is doing to answer me immediately. whenever he said he would be at my house, he was. whenever he said he would get back to me, he did. julio really seemed to know what it would take to build a very solid fence for me. i explained that i was way more concerned about the structure of the fence than i was about the looks. it didn't matter, the fence is structurally sound AND looks gorgeous! i told julio i was concerned about how fast the cedar posts were rotting and breaking. he suggested we use postmaster steel posts. i was not concerned about seeing the steel posts, but if you are, don't. julio and his crew cover the posts on both sides with cedar pickets. you would not know the posts are steel if you hadn't chosen to have them installed. the crew was amazing and very professional. they took time the time to do the job correctly instead of just throwing it up so they could move on. they also did a great job cleaning up after. you would not even know they were here working if it wasn't for the new fence. there was some other things i wanted to get done before the new fence went up. julio was great about waiting for me to get done what i needed to get done. once i called him to say i was ready, he and his crew came out within a few days to start the job. this may not be the case, but it was as if he was saving me a spot on his schedule. i have since recommended advance fence/julio to several friends and family members. it is hard to find anyone that takes pride in their work these days and truly takes the time to do it right. also, for some reason, i have a very hard time even getting anyone to call back about a potential job. you are trying to give these people your hard earned money and they won't even bother to call you back? well, if you are looking for a contractor that does everything correct, contact advance fence!!

I never do reviews but I defiantly feel that advance fence deserves one. They had my fence installed in one day while I was at work. I searched all over for fence services including on craigslist. After receiving multiple quotes Julio was the most professional, reasonable and knowledgeable out of them all. I am VERY satisfied with the work they did and would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking to have fence installation. I will defiantly keep them in mind for future home purchases. Julio and his team did a great job on my fence. Julio answered all my questions and the team completed the job in one long day. Julio and his team were very polite and cleaned the job site nicely after all the work was done.

Julio is a quality individual and he and his crew do nice work. We had a combination of Vinyl fence and Field Fence to put in totaling 5-600ft and he handled them both. We are very happy with the installation.
