Bryan was for first to call me back when I contacted 4 companies to get a quote. Since he was local and was able to come out that day. He had a quick job to do but still arrived within 30 minutes of the phone call. Bryan was very friendly and professional. He pointed out the damaged rollers and gave me a reasonable price to replace both rollers. I would highly recommend Bryan and have added him to my list of repairmen on my phone.

This is the 3rd business that I called to fix my dryer. The first 2 that I called, never bother to call me back. Not sure if they are very busy or they do not want my business I'm happy to find this business. When you search for "dryer repair" he is not in the top list and I took a chance and I am glad I did Called him within an hour Bryan called back. He asked about the issue , the dryer type and so on. We set up a meeting on the 3rd day, because I was busy the following day Explained the possible issue and how it would be fixed. It took him 30 min to fix He is very professional, honest, knowledgeable and very articulate. It worth every penny What I learned? Not because they are on top of the list in Angie List when you search, it means they are very good and professional. It proved me wrong. He is diamond in the rough And I highly recommended him

Bryan was quick to schedule the appointment, and was able to come out the same day. He had the part in his truck and installed it right then and there. He also was able to realign the stove top for me, which had fallen off it's track.

I left a message on Bryan's phone. His message stated that he would return my call within 15 minutes. To my surprise, he called back in 7 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He asked me some questions to help him to know what exactly was the problem. He gave me a quote and said that he would be at the house between 4 and 6 pm to fix my dryer. He arrived just after 4 pm. He was finished within a half an hour. He was professional and personable at the same time. This is second time that I have use him. I would not hesitate to call him again.

It went really good. He showed up right on time. He checked to see what was wrong with my washer and he told me how to pull the part off if I decided to do it myself. Most people wouldn't do that but he did.

Extremely responsive when you call him. Calls back right away (if he doesn't answer). Very thorough in his inspection. Showed alternatives. When he fixed the problem, he showed the old parts, showed what else needed done (if we wanted), and cleaned up. Very personable and professional. Would definitely use his again for any other breakdowns!

Bryan is very professional in every area. He arrived earlier than the time appointed and took his time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my washer. The problem turned out to be minor which I'm so happy it was. I highly recommend this company and will use again.

The lid-switch on my washing machine was malfunctioning, so after seeing the many glowing reviews for Bryan's Appliance Repair here on Angie's List, I decided to give him a call.
I was able to speak to him right away, and after telling him what I thought the problem was, and supplying my machine's model number he was able to tell me right away whether or not he had the replacement part (he did), what the total cost would be, and he was also able to schedule an appointment within a few hours of my call.
When he arrived, he was very professional. It turned out that my machine didn't need a new switch, just some adjustment of the old switch, and I greatly appreciated his honesty in telling me that the replacement part wouldn't be needed after all, and explaining in detail (and showing me) what he'd done to get the washing machine working again. Though everything seems to be functioning normally with my washing machine, he was adamant that if for some reason, the adjustment stopped working that I give him a call because he wouldn't want a customer to have paid for a service that wasn't provided. That, also, was impressive to me.
Hopefully, all of my appliances will have long and uneventful lives, but if there are any issues in the future, I will definitely be giving Bryan a call!

Bryan set up an appointment that was very timely on both occasions. Arrived promptly and looked at the appliance. He tried both times to determine if he could complete the repair without ordering a part, but in both cases the parts needed to be ordered.
He received the parts within the week in both cases and repairs were completed quickly and neatly. I am very satisfied with his service and will use him again.

Bryan showed up within 45 minutes of the call. He corrected the problem and was gone within 30 minutes. Great job. I'm amazed at the responsiveness and the knowledge to get the job done quickly.

The gentleman was, friendly, professional and on time. I was missing some pieces to put back together on my oven so he used his own with no extra charge. It was all done in a timely fashion. He not only finished this job he went out of his way to take a look at another appliance for me and showed me what to look for if the I felt the appliance wasn't working correctly, again with no extra charge. I felt like I was in 1950's they way businesses used to be run. Not the way businesses are now where every where you look everyone is out for a quick buck and leave you with a huge bill and the item still wasn't fixed. I highly recommend recommend Bryan's Appliance Repair to anyone who is looking for any appliance repair.
