I left a message on Bryan's phone. His message stated that he would return my call within 15 minutes. To my surprise, he called back in 7 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He asked me some questions to help him to know what exactly was the problem. He gave me a quote and said that he would be at the house between 4 and 6 pm to fix my dryer. He arrived just after 4 pm. He was finished within a half an hour. He was professional and personable at the same time. This is second time that I have use him. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I was able to speak to him right away, and after telling him what I thought the problem was, and supplying my machine's model number he was able to tell me right away whether or not he had the replacement part (he did), what the total cost would be, and he was also able to schedule an appointment within a few hours of my call.
When he arrived, he was very professional. It turned out that my machine didn't need a new switch, just some adjustment of the old switch, and I greatly appreciated his honesty in telling me that the replacement part wouldn't be needed after all, and explaining in detail (and showing me) what he'd done to get the washing machine working again. Though everything seems to be functioning normally with my washing machine, he was adamant that if for some reason, the adjustment stopped working that I give him a call because he wouldn't want a customer to have paid for a service that wasn't provided. That, also, was impressive to me.
Hopefully, all of my appliances will have long and uneventful lives, but if there are any issues in the future, I will definitely be giving Bryan a call!
