The importance of removing the builder equipment and rerouting the duct work with sales of what was not expected of a series of York units and humidifier installed unsecured to the ground and recalled due to CO2 from seems leaks degrading slowly causing CO2 poising to the environment hence poisioning sickness and eventual death. James Czarnec of this speciality business arrived and afforded emetgrncy services following secrreurity of symptoms and a co2 alarm to go off . It also was advised the need to research proper replacements since medical necessities and soecific manufactures apply to children’s and our HSA and other insurance. My savings did not expect to replace and clean up thecduvtd vents and prevent moisture in the area of havoc needed services inckudubg a burning watch dog also junk equipment which Mcduffe’s Jerry Bennet Heating and Cooling sold installed and maintained as of last visit and invoice clearing all wellnesses misleading us to not discover he had used several junk parts replacing others in a junk machine recalled for the very problems slowly worsening our health and skin breathing headaches dizziness bone pain flu symptoms which also was suggested could be causing symptoms although mucous membranes scalp and skin rashes blistering and of the eyes was unexplained and prescriptions of steroid creams medications fot family bet immune shots antibiotics been an extraordinary cost with increasing symptoms to most closest working members to this seemingly illegally installed equipment . He returned advising more checks and appears revising the exact work only different language and billing repeatedly demanding checks written to him not the company He would not arrive on time after first day and took property not of his own ti take and never provided information or receipts ti what he became aggressive toward volunerable household to risk lives or pay him so to speak ... the initial act was gaining my trust followed by his unexpectedly demands of another 8,0000 where as thd estimate would of used another emergent company to compete given my economic hardships and limits . He inappropriately suggested my c husband obvious wealthy ( wrong to even presumed at all as irrelevant and I’m the legal custodial and residiebtual parent of 4 daughters as of 2009 to permanent in a final judgment 2010) should be required to afford his costs as he increased them as he advised double a light costs replacement Also defective and wrongly installed ( UV) by previous Frankenstein building of machines sold as new in dupage county . He would send texts advising coming to my home for another unexplained check with holding the info kids or my providers may get sooner due to health causative affects to pre existing conflict of interest to all this crisis of environmental toxicities clearly after a few visits and threats he sent and being sick I was made intimidated and reached out to banks involved as to why he would demand money paid to him and taxes for what is still with held and options for the replacements he usued my money as if his own and bought what he wanted and refused receipts or my advise to return the fees and begin ti dio budines as other vendors properly and not to threaten me or ask for inconsistent checks to a company from referral from using this site. It was an emergency and not aware the extent and he was making it a tool to force more money that at thd end did not keep recent appointments and after he received first payment in full he never rewrote or discussed other proposals to new ideas and information home owners require esoecially in hardship and in life threatening emergency of which he did not complete the ventilation checks and cleaning herds it return the property I own abandoned in this machine I have not been informed where it is and need to verify his advisement of parts being scraped to build. I am waiting to learn ti send out a representative for my estate my property is assigned to for thus verufucatincs and insiection as this goes beyond my home at Risk this is a public safety risk to consumers kf trusted havoc and or heating and air conditioning contractors . His aggressive conduct and inappropriate comments even request to call my daughters dad as if he is going to make him pay and we have attorneys post decree and a system that manages if needed to reopen a case for missing in indirection thid huge piece of exoevse and toxiicfy to interest also of banks! To misuse e opportunity and groom me fo gain my trust then begin to manipulate demand scare and other adult members of household advisement to contact our attorney this is thd tsctucd giving good contractors a bad rap and filing s police report if he refuses to return money not intending to earn an

Very well ,repair person was very knowledgeable and showed us how to prevent this from happening again .

I had two contractors quote the installation of a new AC and heating system and replacing the hot water heater. We had just purchased the house and we knew all the mechanical required replacement. I had used West Suburban for my maintenance on my last house and they have always done great work and were very informed about their work. I ended up selecting West Suburban for this job and their crew arrived on time did all the installation and testing that day as planned. They even had prepared the rebate information ahead of time for me to submit to Com Ed and Nicor. After a few weeks, I needed a small adjustment and they made time to stop at our house and make the adjustment in 15 minutes with no charge. They may be a small family business compared to a number of the large companies but the prices were competitive and the service has always been fantastic.

Had used them a long time ago for a furnace issue and found his service sticker on the furnace and remembered he did good work so I called to have him look at our central air unit which had stopped working. He came right away and got it up and running. He then cleaned the outside unit and showed me how to clean it myself which I appreciated. All in all a great experience and I would recommend highly.

We regularly use West Suburban for check and maintenance on our heating and AC (they do good work; recommended). Recently our 30 year old Lennox furnace has become increasingly flaky, taking longer and longer to start up and occasionally required the flame sensor to be spun before it operated correctly.  In addition it is inefficient (65% AFUE) and attached to an equally inefficient (8 SEER) outside condenser. Also, the water heater had reached the end of its service life. For this reason we felt it was time to schedule replacement of the entire system.
Mike came out to go through the options with us and quote the work on April 11. We agreed on the scope and pricing and he took a $500 deposit; we scheduled the work for April 22. Three people, came out to do the actual work early on the 22nd - an electrician/furnace tech, a pipefitter, and Mike. They worked quickly and efficiently, explaining options to me and getting my input on several points (placement of the AC condenser, venting, and the drain line for the furnace). They also fixed up some wiring issues and improved the circuit allocation to prevent previous problems with the washer tripping the furnace due to overloading a shared circuit.  
The work was complete by the end of the working day and was done very neatly; wiring and piping was clean and out of the way, and hard piping was used for the furnace drains. As part of the work the water heater was relocated to place it on a concrete pad and farther away from the furnace to improve accessibility for maintenance. They did full functional checks and worked with me to make sure that the thermostat (we purchased a Nest separately) was operating correctly.

The tech came out within two hours of my call. He was very friendly and even remember being at my place for a furnace issue six years ago. He got right to work and I stayed with him because I wanted to learn and he seemed happy to show me what he was doing and explain what went wrong. He put everything back and cleaned up. I was very pleased with the service call.

We've been using West Suburban Heating for over 20 years and we have always been pleased with their service.
