Poorly. We recently ripped out the entire system and replaced it with one that actually works. The system was difficult to use, never worked quite correctly and difficult to upgrade. Questions asked of one of the owners were met with impatience and he struggled to figure out a way to explain what he was doing to us. We found ourselves having to go back and do our own research to try and figure out what he was attempting to do.

Great. Everything works perfect, all connections are solid and without bugs. The sound is spread out evenly throughout with the XM satellite radio playing all day. Working with John was easy and painless, he accurately predicted what we needed and installed the systems when we needed it done to not prolong the project of the buildout.
