Description of Work: I had a back-up generator installed. Everything they did was at the time stated at the price quoted. Rich Dolinski took care of all the paper work and permits and village inspection. The electrician that did the work knew what he was doing and everything was cleaned up and done in one day. Excellent from first contact to last.

Description of Work: Installed generator transfer switch. Excellent job. Explained everything and tested to make sure it worked, Cleaned up before leaving. While installing noticed problem with main service breaker and replaced it at a very fair price. Original estimate for transfer switch also fair and competitive. I definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Saturn Electric installed a Generac standby generator and a whole house surge protector. Rich was great he clearly explained how these generators work, went through the steps of what needed to be done, when and how long it would take. Price was on target with others. He was always in contact with us to let us know what was happening and the next steps. Very professional and friendly. They arrived when promised and all work was completed the same day as promised. Hope we never need it, but we noe have peace of mind especially when we travel.

Description of Work: I purchased coupon from Angieslist for an estimate by Saturn for purchase and installation of a natural gas electric generator to supply electricity to my house in an emergency. A thorough written estimate was prepared after a visit by Saturn representative, including the cost of permits from Village and placement of generator by back alley. The service was excellent, but it showed the cost was too high for me and I did not go further.
