Very professional response and experience.  All furniture was either removed or covered.  Loose paint was addressed and extensive patching was done to drywall imperfections and cracking.  Mended patches were sealed and then painted with a premium product.  Entire crew is very detail orientated and it is apparent  that they take pride in their work. Nice clean up after the job was completed.  A very positive experience.

Did not go well. Will not use again. Criticized previous work done by flood abatement. Cut outlet hole too big. Mismatched trim colors. Had to repair and replace trim and molding in bathroom.

It was very good. They were here for 2.5 days. They were real perfectionists. Every little flaw they saw they worked to fix. They built a plastic tent so that the sanding didn't interfere with the kitchen. They did a great job on the wall and protected the surrounding areas. They also did some ceiling touch-up as an added thing. We had put a light in the kitchen and hadn't gotten around to painting around it. He painted without charging us. He also painted two small walls on the sides of the chimney; we had just done the front wall. He did those sides for free as well since we had leftover paint.

We returned to Shannon and his team because of the very good experience we had when they painted our entire house in 2008. Shannon comes and quotes the project and works the project. He is hands on and a perfectionist about the work his team performs. They stay true to their quote and their timing estimates. They are willing to go the extra mile and never nickel an dime you in the process. We also feel very confident that we can leave them alone in our home. We will count on them for all our painting needs.

They were on time every morning, worked all day, and cleaned up after each day's job. They completed the job on time, and did a great job.

Shannon came over the day before, gave me a quote and we agreed that he would do the job while it was raining. When I got home from work the following day, the job was completed.
