The service is always excellent.

For the most part, it the service was okay. The interior was done okay. It was promised to be done on the same day. I picked it up yesterday, they left my keys in the car because they needed to leave early. I noticed speckles on my hood. When I noticed it this morning, I took it back and they said the speckles were from sap.  The speckles wound up being tar, and they didn't remove it before applying the Barclay sealant. They kept telling me that I didn't get the entire detailing package. Anyone should know, that you are supposed to wash the car and remove the dirt prior to waxing it. They never reached out to me to let me know there was an issue. They said they would fix it for a fee.

They did a wonderful job.  Even offered to stay late till we were able to drop off the car.  Couldn't have been nicer.

It went very well. We made the appointment, drove to drop off the car, Gary called when it was done and we picked it up later that same day. It sure helped to sell the car very quickly. I should have done it for myself when I owned it! Very highly recommended this service. No one is better.

Job 1: Gary did a bang up job. This was the 1st time I've had it detailed & it looked better than new. The only negative was after I got the car home I noticed some areas that still had some compound on them, especially around the door handles/bumpers. It looked like they rushed in order to get done on time. Although this was not major it distracted from the great overall look. Overall great job. The price was a little high, but wanted a reliable job done. Job 2: I made the appt abt 3 wks in advance. Gary was ready when I arrived. He did a very good job, the car looked new. I dropped the car off & he was done in abt 4 hrs, (he even picked me up). There were 2 minor issues I had, 1. When I got it home I noticed there was compound in the door handles & some of the fenders (I was able to rub it off), & 2. I thought there was a thin film of polish on some of the interior dash surfaces, (able to rub off). If he hadn't done such a good job with everything else I would've been disappointed.

While this was the first time I had a car detailed, I've seen the detailed cars of friends and co-workers and feel that Gary did an outstanding job. My car is a 2000 Honda Accord that typically received an interior cleaning once or twice a year and waxed once, generally in late summer. When Gary was done, if you saw it a dealers showroom you would think it was brand new. The paint finish was bright and smooth to the touch, the interior was spotless, wheels shined, engine shined, it really looked brand new.

Gary had his radio tuned to an ''oldies'' station. That alone, made me like him right away! The results of his work were worth the long drive, and every penny of the cost. Gary works alone and he devotes himself to only one or two cars a day. He explained everything that he was doing and pointed out a few imperfections that I might want to touch up with matching paint. OR... if I bring the touch-up paint along on my next visit, he'll do it for me as a courtesy. He uses products that he developed himself. The products are for sale, but he doesn't push them on you. We spent most of the time talking, which made the hours pass quickly. It's nice to watch a pro doing what he does best. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.
