"In response to this complaint: We provided a service call which includes pick-up and delivery and a full diagnosis of television in shop for $69.95. The tv had lightening damage/power surge which at times is not easy to repair and often not economical. We do state that length of time and cost to repair tv depends on the availability of the parts. Sometimes it is beyond our control whether the parts come in on time or not. We do our best to keep the customer informed of any delays in repairing the tv. We have been in business for over 30 years and have many, many repeat customers and have a great reputation for fixing all types of tv's and other electronics many that other won't even take the time to look at. We are very professional and courteous. We are members of NESDA and ESDA. We are sorry that the customer was not happy and the tv was not able to be repaired."
