+ -1 moreExcellent. I could ot be happier with quality of services performed! They went above and beyond, even raking leaves off of the steps! They touched up other spots on wall that tenant had marked up above and beyond what I asked at no additional charge. I was happy that they accepted credit cards.
Description of Work: Misc odds and ends for a rental house scrape and paint area on eve by front door trim bush near front stairs install vertical blinds that were damaged, two locations buy and replace damaged window blinds in one of the bedrooms install 3 smoke dectors in 3 bedrooms per schaumburg building code replace old hallway smoke dectector with new one per code replace damaged air intake vent in foyer with new one tighten railings on stairs touch up numerous spots on wall where tenant had had tape nails, etc. paint had been removed from tenant damage and it was restored to look great again paint brown window ledge in living room cleaned bathroom fan, was very dirty and noisy moved microwave back upstairs installed blank cover to phone jack outlet to cover ugly gray plate fixed garage entry door that was sticky price include materials 3 kiddie smoke dectors, 2 kiddie combo units with carbon monoxide dection, 1 set blinds, 1 vent cover

+ 1 moreMike showed up on time and was more than willing to help! He got more than what he bargained for with our less than great electrical job left by the previous owners and he had to investigate to get to the root of the problem. He stayed until the issue was resolved and made sure that we were happy with how the door was functioning. He also offered to help us remove the excess lighting that was left behind, and in our way, that we wanted gone! Very happy with the work done and would highly recommend.
Description of Work: The electrical outlet connected to our garage door stopped working so we were unable to use the door and access our garage.

Description of Work: Replaced drywall on ceilings that were damaged by ice dams. Completely repainted main level of our house. Mike is a great person to deal with and Rudy is a true craftsman. Very detail oriented. I highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreThe closer on my storm door was pulled away from the door frame on my front door in a high wind. The frame was damaged and the door was difficult to close. I had heard about Mike from a friend and called him. He was there the next day and fixed my door in no time. He also gave it a tune up and made sure all parts of it were working correctly. It works better now than it ever has. He is extremely nice and easy to be with. I am so glad that I now know someone I can call for jobs that my husband and I cannot handle ourselves.
Description of Work: They fixed a storm door that was blown out of door frame by the wind.
