LOW OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS

Nothing was done. The original contact was made by a good friend who said he knew a good company that works on garage doors (He had LOW do his door and was very pleased) , so he called and left my information with him.  After waiting for him to respond to my friends conversation, I contacted him originally on Feb 9th at which time he said he would be in touch. I hadn't heard from him and called on Wednesday Feb 11th, he said that he would call before coming. I didn't hear from him so I called again on Friday Feb 13th, he did come over and gave me an estimate and said he would call the day before he would come over to fix it. Unfortunately he never called , so I called him today (Thursday Feb 18) to find out when he was going to be able to come out. He then started making excuses, He's semi-retired, he's old, it's to cold to work outside. he has a doctor appointment ect. I finally told him that I better find someone else at what time he said that if I could find someone as old and in his condition that would go out in this weather, I should hire that company and he hung up.
He showed absolutely NO professionalism. He never originated any contact with me. If he didn't want to do it all he had to do was to say no, but he just kept me dangling and when I make a commitment I honor the commitment, Unfortunately this owner just kept giving me excuses for not coming out. His quote seemed to good to be true.

I think they were fine.  I had a repair that I needed done and they came out the same day and did it.  They came out the same day and so that was nice.  That is what I particularly liked about them.  There was nothing that they could have done better.  They were great.  I will use their services again in the future.

Rich was prompt and couteous. He explained in plain english why one door was better than another. For example, the spring he installed was good for 27,000 Cycles. Most doors come with a 17,000 cycle lietime. He suggested a thicker insulated door since it was an attatched garage situation. His competitor did not. Rich got the job and it was completed on time and in short order. He Obviously knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone wo wants a great job at a fair price!

He was courteous, was able to come out after just a couple days, and I am very happy with the results. I would use again for any future garage door needs.

I was very happy with the results when they finished the job. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves as well. I thought the price was a little high for springs but they are pretty big, so I guess it was ok.
