Iohn Shay, Owner, is one of the best contractors I have used. He is professional, on-time and does a great job. Ceiling drywalling is very messy. He covered the entire room (walls, carpeting, fireplace, windows) in plastic. He and his assistant worked basically in a bubble. He made every effort to assure that dust would remain in the work area and not travel to the rest of the house. He is very effective in his work. Every step is planned and executed. He is truly an experienced contractor with a wonderful attitude towards his work.
