 + -1 moreTHESE GUYS (JIM AND STEVE) TOOK OVER THE FAILED PROJECT OF ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. THEY COMPLETED IN 2-1/2 WEEKS WHAT THE OTHER CONTRACTOR FAILED TO COMPLETE IN 3 MONTHS' TIME. ESTIMATE WAS HIGHER THAN I'D HOPED, BUT THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND ALWAYS CHECKED BEFORE DOING ANYTHING NOT COVERED UNDER THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. NICE GUYS. I PURCHASED THE MATERIALS BUT THEY TRANSPORTED IT TO MY HOUSE. VERY ORGANIZED. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY CAN DO A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING. I GAVE THEM A KEY TO MY HOUSE BECAUSE I AM AT WORK ALL DAY. THEY DID NOT ABUSE THIS TRUST. IT WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THEM AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GOOD QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.
Description of Work: BASEMENT REHAB, INCLUDING SOME MINOR ELECTRICAL (THEY POINT OUT THAT THEY ARE NOT ELECTRICIANS), DRYWALL INSTALLATION, TAPING, MUDDING, SANDING, LIGHTING INSTALLATION; INSTALLED GARAGE DOOR OPENER SYSTEM, GUTTERS, STORM DOOR, DOORBELL, SOME WALLPAPER REMOVAL, CEILING FAN INSTALLATION, WAINSCOTING AND TRIMWORK.
