It went really well.  It was easy to schedule the service.  I bought a six hour cleaning, but they did a satisfactory job in four hours, so they gave me a credit to use in the future.  I still use them today.

They do an awesome job!  They are very quick, complete and take direction well.

Cleaning  job in my house by Halina's Enterprise was really professional. Thank you so much for a great service, and see you in a week!

I requested a deep cleaning of my house. I explained to Halina that my house had just been remodeled and that I needed two ladies to clean the first floor from top to bottom. The house was very dusty and I did not want ladies to be rushed to complete the job. I agreed to pay the rate for two ladies all day. Long story short: * Cleaning ladies did not provide ladder or step stool that I requested. * Couch was still left dusty in some areas and did not vacuum between cushions. * Floor under couch was poorly cleaned. * Kitchen light fixture was not cleaned. * Free Refrigerator cleaning was due. But due to lack of time I had to choose between the refrigerator or my bathroom. * Ladies were rushed and had additional appointments, I requested the service for all day. * Due to lack of time ladies could not put back my knick/knacks they cleaned. * Price was $160.00 for two ladies - not worth it. * One lady showed up at 8:30 am on time the other lady around 9:00 a.m. Not real happy with the service. Not well at all. Overall, cleaning was superficial and they were too rushed in their work to do a good job.  I would not use them again.

I called Halina's enterprise inc for a estimate and she immediately set up an appointment for the next day.  She came on time and provided me with an estimate and set up a day and time for cleaning.  I have used their services for about 2 months now every other week.  The lady who comes to clean has always been very punctual and is very willing to work with my schedule.  Overall, I am very happy with the services and will definitely continue using their services.

They are prompt, professional and trustworthy. They are also very efficient.

They cleaned the whole house very nicely.  They were the most reasonable in price. 

They are wonderful and keep in contact. They always tell me if there is a change as well as call to make sure that our schedule is okay with me, especially during the holidays. This company worked with me when I needed to modify the schedule. They wash my floors by hand and are reasonably priced. They will do whatever extra I need; all I have to do is call them to tell them I need something extra. Halina will decide whether I need someone else or if I just need my existing housekeeper there for a longer time.  

I have used this service for several years. In the last year the service level dropped, cleaning was not complete. Everytime I would call with an issue they would send someone new who still wouldn't do a great cleaning job. Then she stopped following up with me or returning my calls.

I've used her service twice. Within 24 hours of my call, she came out and gave me an estimate. She was very professionally dressed and professional in her quote. I agreed on the price and she sent a girl out the next day. I don't think Halina actually does any of the cleaning. Since I was not home, i did not meet the woman that cleaned. The first time she came, i was indifferent to the cleanliness. The house was clean, but i wasn't wow'd. I didn't inspect anything. I did notice though that there were still dustballs attached to the felt pads of the kitchen chairs. Yesterday she came for the second time and i'm very dissatisfied. There's a box of books in our hallway upstairs- she didn't move it- she just vacuumed around it. There was also a blanket on the floor in the family room- she just vacuum'd around it. She did not touch the laundry room. Since it's the passage way from the garage to the home, the floor gets really dirty. she didn't touch it. She did the hardwood floors but didn't move anything or clean underneath the buffet. There are still HAIRBALLS! I think she used a spray oil on my furniture. It was literally dripping. My tv was greasy and i had to reclean it. My dresser had oil slicks on it.The wood banister was dripping onto the wall. Also, one of the toilets had the cleaner in it, but was never scrubbed and flushed. I had to redo so many things when i got home from work last night that i'm not sure how much time she actually saved me! the cleaning that was done was just surface. My pictures weren't dusted, etc, corners weren't cleaned.

In a word...WOW! I called on Wednesday, they came Thursday morning. The woman who arrived was on time, asked for a tour and what I wanted done, and went to work. They prefer to use the homeowner's supplies. No problem. I have a 2BR 1.1BA townhouse. She was here 3 hours and did an amazing job on my grimy house. (I had two brain surgeries in the last two months, so the cleanliness of my house suffered greatly.) She was amazing and extremely thorough. She took out the garbage, scrubbed every surface, and even did the few dishes in the sink. I could not have asked for more and all expectations were exceeded. FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend this service and hope I can continue to use them regularly and keep my house as sparkly as it is now.

We are very pleased with the service we receive from our bi-weekly housekeeper. She is incredibly through and is very careful with our belongings. Our house sparkles after she has done her job.
