The are very prompt and professional. Have used them exclusively for my AC and heating needs, and very appreciative of the quality of their work.

It took me more than 1 week and multiple calls to receive service. Once the technicians finally arrived: I was charged $600 for 45 minutes of work on a job that I was quoted $400 for at another location. Not even to mention that the technicians left garbage on the patio when the work was completed! The job was done right and correctly, but I'm upset with the service I received. I won't be using these services again.

He checked several circuits and found some that weren't getting power. There was a vacuum switch that had a clogged hose going to it and he blew it out and walls it was fixed.  Great guy.

My air conditioner went out on Sunday. I called Hackneys to set up an appointment for Monday. The owner, Keith promptly returned my call and told me that although they were booked for Monday, he would fit me in between 8-9 AM. The technician came out at 8. He was polite and informative. He fixed the problem (capacitor) and also cleaned the mulch around the unit. He also gave me information on my unit. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Hackney's Classic Heating and Cooling.

Were going to replaced a blown fuse and some loose wires that had begun melting their plastic container. Instead, got rid of the outside fuses, and hard wired the air conditioner to our main fuse box. Cleaned/tuned up the unit, checked freon levels.

They installed a corrugated vent to my portable air conditioner. They were very efficient and are very inventive. They did an excellent job.

FROM THE START EVERYTHING WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY ALWAYS CALLED BACK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME WHEN I WOULD CALL WITH A QUESTION. THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE FOR COMING OUT TO MEASURE AND FOR THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION. A TEAM OF 3-4 WORKERS HANDLED THE INSTALLATION AND COMPLETED THE JOB OF INSTALLING THE FURNACE & A/C IN ONE DAY. THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED TO MY BY OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT AND THEY KEEP BUSY WITH JUST ''WORD OF MOUTH'' RECOMMENDATIONS. I'M HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OUR FRIENDS.
