We hired them to steam clean carpets of our 4 bed house, including the basement. And they did a good job. Professional and explained everything before starting the job. And I would definitely hire them again. On a side note - This house is our new purchase, upgrade from a 2 bed house. And I wasn't aware that for bigger house, they would use your water, once they run out of theirs. Which is perfectly fine & understandable and maybe other cleaning companies do the same, but I personally think they should offer some sort of credit to the customers, if they would be using the customer's water once they run out. I don't know their water tank capacity or at what point they ran out water....just hoping the water bill is not outrageous!

The two guys arrived on time, but seemed surprised by the job. I guess they work in nicer basements or something. They were reluctant to wipe down or dust anything. Seemed surprised that we asked. They had two large machines for cleaning the floor and the floor where they worked looks great; however, they missed a 10 ft. by 4 ft. space by the electrical panels that opens directly into the space they cleaned. There were some obviously empty, plastic storage tubs sitting by the entrance and they didn't move them to clean in that space. Also, I had planned for them to clean in our furnace room, but there was not enough light in there yesterday and the machine might not have fit in there regardless. My main issue with the service was the attitude and the pricing. We were quoted for $250 for 500 sq ft (my estimate...later revised to 400 by me prior to service). The guys actually measured off the size of the space as 250 sf before starting and we were still charged $250. For an hour's worth of work. I'm sure they have a minimum fee for service, but it wasn't conveyed to us. Next time, I'll just ask my regular cleaning ladies. They would be more thorough and less expensive. Or rent a shop vac and do it myself.

Smooth. Both Dave and Josh were very courteous, clean, informative, and professional. The huge amount of dust and debris in my vents were neatly contained in black case contraption. Also, to my delight, the clean up after work was performed exceeded any expectations, extremely thorough. I was so impressed with the whole job, from booking and confirming with Nicki Desario to the technicians Josh and Dave, I scheduled my furniture to be cleaned for the upcoming week! Dave was great! I live in a second floor condo with a dryer run of about 60 foot run to the outside. Needless to say, I have to have the dryer vent cleaned every 2-3 years. Dave cleaned from the outside and then from the dryer up into the ceiling. He did a thorough cleaning of the run and cleaned up nicely. Was friendly, wore booties, and I will continue to use.

It went great! The two guys who came out were very friendly and did a great job. They explained the entire process and ways to keep the carpet in good condition. They explained how long I should wait to move in furniture and answered all my questions. I would hire again in the future for other work. It was well worth the cost. They removed multiple stains for the main floor and the stairs look brand new.

On the surface, all looked well. They did wash walls, windows and floors. However, a week later, I continue to find significant stains that could have easily been wiped clean--both on the walls and floors. In other words, there was no scrubbing done.
But my major issue is with the kitchen. While they were here, I asked more than once about the insides of the cabinets and appliances. One worker would say that the other worker did them, but then I'd point out that something such as the oven was still not cleaned. Keep in mind, nothing was horribly dirty, but it all needed to be done. Imagine my surprise when, the next morning as my movers were arriving, I opened kitchen drawers to find crumbs and debris inside. The inside of the kitchen drawers and cabinets had still not been done! For this price, I expected that I wouldn't have to go back and double check everything. I also expected that it would be done in an excellent manner. I called and they offered to send the workers back later that day, but by then my kitchen was covered in boxes. They then offered a $75 credit. In retrospect, two guys for 6 hours now seems like not nearly enough workers if I'm paying $875! Their general work was adequate, but their kitchen work was mediocre--which is not what I would expect at this price point.

Sent them a message and they responded the next morning with a quote. Gave us a 1/2 hour window of time they would be there, called an hour before to confirm exact time. Looked at project, told us what they would be doing, and how long it would take. Removed unknown spots that had been on couch and love seat for years. Very professional.

The service man arrived about 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment. He located the dryer vent, which was in the attic. He set up his equipment and started the cleaning process. There were no issues during the cleaning. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them.
