DIAMOND AUTO COLLISION CTR

We have an older car (2002) which had front end damage. We did not want to go through insurance to pay for the repair because they would have totaled the car and we figured we could not replace it for the amount of money we would get from insurance. We went to Diamond asking them to do the minimal amount of work to make sure the car was safe to drive. They were very attentive to our requests - they kept the costs low but would not sacrifice quality. For instance, they would not just do primer paint and leave it at that as I requested, they insisted they do a complete paint job in the areas that needed it, pointing out that they wouldn't want their name associated with a bad-looking paint job. That made sense, and in retrospect I am glad we did the complete paint job on the repaired area because it looks great. They were prompt in giving us a quote and they stuck to the quote. They pointed out other issues they found (problem with air conditioning) and offered several possible solutions. They were extremely professional, called to let me know they could not get the original grill for the car because it is no longer made and made sure I was OK with a more recent version. The work was done very well, took exactly the amount of time they quoted, the paint matched perfectly, and the car (and air conditioner) is running fine now. They charged about 55% of what another larger repair company had quoted. I definitely will recommend them to my friends. (They will work with insurance companies also, we just didn't want to go that way.)
