These guys are tough to get a hold of - - they are busy without advertising at all as far as I can tell, which is a sign of top quality work. The work performed was outstanding. Once I finally was able to schedule them, they came and completed the work as scheduled. I had wanted to hire them for additional work (a bathroom remodel and subsequently bought another property and wanted to hire them to do the kitchen and bath back-splashes at the new place), but have had zero luck getting in touch with them. As they were a referral from an architect friend, I understand they are so busy they just don't have time to keep in touch with everyone. May be time to hire an admin to handle inquiries guys!
Too bad I will have to find someone else to do the work at the new place and cross our fingers that the quality of work is as good as d Paul tile.
