I specifically told her how long it was going to take to clean my house, I'm familiar with what it takes. She brought a friend and all three of us cleaned together. One cleaned upstairs and one cleaned downstairs. They didn't finish and left without completing. She didn't give them enough time to complete the job. She was disgusted when she left and I was disgusted. I will not call her back.

Julie does an average job though tries to get away with less. Asked specifically about ceiling fans and then she didn't do them so I did them the following week. When asked why they weren't done she said because they were already clean. Umm...yes, and I'd like them to remain that way, so please clean them. She also never mentioned that her friends would be helping her - she just showed up one day with a "helper." Will not use again.
