 + -1 moreFirst and foremost, Frank was on time, gave us an estimate on re-skimming and also painting the walls. He did an excellent job. He was on time, on budget, and kept the work to the scope originally quoted. He also cleaned up. I am hard to please but the work was done beautifully. Frank is just not a painter, he is an artist. I would highly recommend him and plan on using his services in the future!
Description of Work: Re-skimmed the walls in the guest bathroom due to damage from wall paper removal done by homeowner (me).
