They know what they are doing. They are up front and honest. Quoted the work which was really reasonable and done properly. I like working with them. I feel like I can trust them to get work done with out taking me for a ride. The place is not much to look at, kind of a mess. Also during busy times, spring and after first snow fall, they can be hard to get a hold of. Just show up during hours and they will take care of it.

I discovered an oil leak with my brand new snapper snow thrower. I dropped it off for warranty repair in the the spring of 2013. Admiral was busy with springtime work, so they put my thrower in storage until the fall which I didn't mind since summer was coming. I started calling about my thrower in early fall. It was a little frustrating because I called multiple times to inquire about the status of the repair only to be told they would get to work on it soon. Eventually, they accomplished the needed repairs and I received my snow thrower back just in time for winter. The quality of work was satisfactory and they made extra effort in acquiring needed parts so that I was not charged for any shipping or cost of parts. They are friendly and try to please, but they seem to be very busy which is why my job kind of got lost in the process. Overall, I like the company and trust them to do me right.
