I think he is great. He is available. He can come that day or next. His prices are reasonable. The work he does goes a long way beyond what is expected. I am going to call him again for normal service.

I called and he came over that same day. He looked at the stove and the dish washer and then, after about 20 minutes, he explained what was wrong with both of them. He explained the stove needed a new part that was fairly inexpensive. The dishwasher (which had been leaking and was not draining well) needed a new pump and after talking to him, we decided to get a new dishwasher. He went out and got the part for the stove and finished in a few minutes. He cleaned up everything. This was not the first time we used Ace. We first called years ago and just picked the name out of the phone book. We were lucky. Over the past few years, he has repaired our dryer and installed a new garbage disposal. Each time he has been prompt and his price has been reasonable. More importantly, he tells you what should be repaired and what should be replaced. We have been more than satisfied with the service he provides.

He came when he said he would and was able to fix both of them. They now run perfectly and the units are both in their 20 year cycles. It was very interesting to see them work. I am pleased with their work. The man who came out was a super mechanic, he was not trying to sell me parts. He let me know the parts I needed were no longer being made, but worked to find ways around them. When they answered the phone, it was a loud shout, not a greeting. When I asked for the address of their shop, they hung up the phone multiple times. I have found many different phone numbers listed for this company. They put me through to voicemail when I called back again.

I have really become dependent on the automatic ice maker and when it stopped working I wanted it fixed fast. I called them and they were able to get it working the next day. He told me I needed to throw out the first two batches of ice it made to make sure there wasn't any dirt in the line and the ice would be good after that. I am pleased to say that it was.
