I have moved quite a few times and I have never seen such service! This company is well run and really cares about your move! Cost estimate was fair and they came in under budget! I highly recommend them!

Straight Line Moving was from Rosco Il. They were on time and professional. Their were 3 guys. 2 of them had only worked there a short time. They all were curtious and proficient. They clearly had a plan for large pieces and were careful with all our items. They put everything where asked and even put an old chair out at the curb. They were effecient and did not waste any time. I would recommend Straight Line Moving.

Everyone I talked with at STRAIGHT LINE MOVING was professional and empathetic.(This job was not a normal moving job). The fellows who arrived on time were so helpful and capable. They really cared about my being not just satisfied but that I was happy with all the heavy work that they did. There was a question about the amount charged for this moving project. We worked that out with gracious and completely fair conversation. We solved this with my feeling like I was treated as a valued customer, without any difficulty. I have finished this entire experience knowing that I will use STRAIGHT LINE MOVING, and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Pre move communication was good.They arrived on time, kept ne appraised as to how were we doing on time in regards to the estimate I was given. Overall I thought it had gone well until afterward I discovered that an antique of mine had been severely damaged and I had not been told. They have promptly replied to all of my emails and I am now in the process of filling a claim. Unfortunate situation.

One of the owners came to my apartment so that he could give me an accurate quote for the job. (This is their standard procedure.) The movers arrived on time and were exceptionally professional throughout. I have had a number of bad experiences with moving companies. Not with this one. I highly recommend them.
