+ -1 moreRandy Schaff Land Surveyor We hired Randy Schaff to complete a survey of our property. This was the second survey we had done in 6½ years. Because of a hostile neighbor who claimed a 30-foot wide swath of our property, we felt compelled to reestablish our property lines. Randy and his coworker did an awesome job under adverse conditions; including rain, muddy hillsides, and the hostile neighbor. Randy, at our request, placed numerous property line markers to clearly establish the property line with the neighbor. We gained property we didn?t know we owned, and some additional spruce trees! We would highly recommend Randy for any land survey work. His rates are very reasonable, and he does extensive research before he starts a job.
