I called Bomgardens on a Thursday morning, they came out that day!  The service person met my husband at our house. He looked downstairs and checked out the circuit board. He saw that there was a blown fuse. He said usually if there is a blown fuse, there is a short somewhere.  He went outside, looked at the unit and saw where the insulation had come off from around the wiring and rubbed up against the metal and shorted out.  He ran the wiring through another area, changed the fuse, and fixed it!!  He was here less than an hour and charged $78.00!  I was so worried we were going to have to buy a new unit since it is older.  Was very happy with a $78 charge!  Loved that they came out the same day too!!  I will call them in the future for sure!

Evan Bomgarden's company does not work with the Magic-Pak units that we have in our apartment buildings.  But Evan did take the time to me, by steering me in the right direction and ultimately resolving a very frustrating problem.  He came out to my properties and identified the unusual units that we have installed in the individual apartments.  And gave me a bit of history to go with it.  That allowed me to shop for companies, over the phone, that did work with these units.  And I avoided the continuation of the parade of technicians traipsing through the tenant's home.

They were very courteous.  They did an excellent job installing it.  They have also done some other work for us and they did a great job as well.

I have a wall furnace in the lower level that was making terrible noises when the fan started.  I contacted Evan through this website on a Sunday evening.  He returned my called within 5 minutes and wanted to know if I needed service then.  I said that Monday would be fine.  Early Monday morning, they called to set up a time to come out.  He oiled the motor several times, but thought I might need a new motor.  I was really happy when more oiling saved the day and saved me from spending money on a new motor.  I really appreciated his diligence.  He was very friendly and informative.  I would definitely use them again!

Our furnace stopped working at 6:00pm on a Friday night, and Evan was there by 7:30.  Friendly, professional and fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called for an estimate & they were out the next day. They did a survey of what was needed & gave me a proposal. I called they back later that day & scheduled an install date.
The arrived as scheduled & went to work removing the old equipment & installing the new. There was a issue on where to run the PVC exhaust as my home presented a challenge. They decided on a option that was what I was hoping for. They finished on schedule. As it was not warm enough to get a good reading on the AC, they came back a few days later when it was warmer.
They did a nice job of cleaning up & the instillation looks great.

He was very punctual and communicated well. We don't have a common AC unit, so he didn't have the part... he ended up making calls until 8 pm until he found it, then was back to install by 7 the next morning. He even gave us s good discount! We would recommend to anyone... with a newborn baby, hot days, and broken AC, his timeliness was fantastic!

Our furnace stopped blowing warm air near the holidays and during the coldest time of the season.  Mr. Evan Bomgarden came out quickly to repair our furnace.  He actually found a defect that our furnace had since we purchased it over 13 years ago that could have been a fire hazzard.  My husband & I are so grateful to Evan for correcting the problem (replacing an ignitor and transformer).  Evan even rewired the April Aire humifier that was improperly installed by the previous heating & air company we used.  Evan is very knowledgeable and explains what will be done in layman's terms.  We will definitely call Mr. Bomgarden for any future heating & air needs!

Furnace wasn't keeping up with the cold.  They showed up promptly.  Diagnosed and corrected the problem in short order.  I will call again.

They came and were very prompt and I would recomend them to anybody.

We used them because our heater was broken, it had a flag on it to where the gas company recommended that we didn't use it, so they shut the off. So we were out of heat for a couple days until we figured out what we going to do. So we called them and they came out, he came out after his work hours to look at my furnace, he was on his last job when I called and he said he was going to swing by on his way back to the office. He came out the very next day and he fixed it. We actually needed a new furnace so he got a new furnace. He is very friendly, he is very honest. They are affordable, just before he left he was talking to us about things not related to business. I don't know if there was anything that I didn't like about him, honestly. I don't think I could have anything bad to say about him.

The entire service call went great! Evan arrived on time, he did a through inspection of both furnaces. The price was great because of a special offer but his prices are good even with out the discount. I will definitely use Boomgarden's again and would highly recommend him to anyone who needed furnace or  A/C repair!

The job went well.  He appeared to me to be very trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional.  We learned some things that we didn't know previously about our furnace.  So, we were happy with them.  I think the price was average to good.  I'm not sure what other companies are charging, but I think it was reasonable.
