Don't know- No one should up for my service
Description of Work: Made an appointment with Carol to come out and clean my house. When sending emails back in forth with Carol she explained to me she does not come and do estimates first, she would rather you take advantage of the specials that she offers for first time cleaning and then she would quote a price after that. I choose the deep cleaning for $125.00 and then I wanted a quote for cleaning every other week. She was suppose to come out Monday March 7th at 10:30am my husband stayed home to wait for her to arrive she never arrived or contacted me. I sent her an email asking what happened and she never replied back. I decided to search for other reviews on this company and found that she has done this in the past. The review is on yelp.com
