We stopped in to the showroom and were assisted by a sales individual. We took home samples and shopped other stores. We then returned to Twin Oaks several days later with questions. They subsequently came out and measured and gave us a quote. We accepted the deal. They worked with us in order that the installation would be done the day before our new furniture was to be delivered. The installers were punctual and professional. We we very please with the quality of service we received.
