Description of Work: We've used Twin Oaks Carpeting for a few services now. We've purchased an area rug, which is really a big chunk of roll carpet, and had them bind it for us. We're super happy with that choice since we had much more to choose from than the options at something like Home Depot. | |We also had them cut, bind and install a runner for our new hardwood stairs. In all of our dealings with them they have been extremely courteous and prompt, and are experts in their field.

We stopped in to the showroom and were assisted by a sales individual. We took home samples and shopped other stores. We then returned to Twin Oaks several days later with questions. They subsequently came out and measured and gave us a quote. We accepted the deal. They worked with us in order that the installation would be done the day before our new furniture was to be delivered. The installers were punctual and professional. We we very please with the quality of service we received.
Description of Work: They explained the products, measured and installed carpeting.

Their prices were very reasonable and the quality was excellent, and the service was spot-on. Absolutely professional!
