They were nice

I think I like the lady. There are two ladies who come and clean. The taking the appointments and making the appointments were very professional. I think they are flexible. One of the lady is very good, if I leave her by herself cleaning instead of the other one who cleans with her, I think she will do a better job. I don't worry about anything missing or anything like that.

They are affordable and efficient. They are easy to work with and they do a good job.

First let me say, I had never before hired a cleaning service. I'm not sure if my expectations were too high or the quality of workmanship is lower. I contracted the service and scheduled an appt. for 12/2/13. I had been told that they do not do walls, and it would be 140.00 to clean the house, plus 30.00 to do windows, 20.00 for each oven (2), 20.00 for the refrigerator. 2 ladies arrived at the appointed time and I showed them around. I left the house and when I returned, they were just getting into the kitchen. They finished up and I paid them. The kitchen sink, faucet and the bathroom faucets still have a build up on them (I guess I expected a shiny surface) The refrigerator still has signs of juice in the back, I haven't even looked under the vegetable bins. The kitchen ovens, I watched them clean, are better, but they are nowhere as clean as I would expect a cleaning service to be. Still brown streaks on the door and inside. The bathroom tub is is bad shape, but the walls in the shower were not cleaned. Really? The sinks in each bathroom are clean but not sparkly clean. Still has uck around the faucets and drains that a little bit of scrubbing could take care of. As they were packing up I asked about the windows. They stated that I hadn't ordered that done, which I thought I had, but oh well overall the house is cleaner, but not up to my standards.

We've been using them for years. Usually they send two people, so they are in and out within couple of hours and they provide pretty good service overall. There are a bunch of different cleaning teams, so you can choose the team you like and request them every time.

The first time they came, they cleaned very well and the team was great. I asked for the same team every time. I saw that team once more, then never saw them again. They sent different people every time, which I asked them not to do. They arrived 2-3 hours late on 2 occasions. Instead of 1:30-3:30, they were coming at dinner time 5:00-6:00. My husband was furious. Then the next time, they were late again. We have a finished basement, a first floor, and a master bedroom. I went over every room with the first team and told them exactly how I wanted the house cleaned. The subsequent teams insisted they were not suppose to clean our finished basement. Why would I hire a team and be OK with them not cleaning a floor of our house? So every time they come, I have to argue with a new team, and the office about cleaning the bottom floor. And because they always send different people, they always park in the wrong place, and I cannot get my car out of the garage. I have to tell every team, and it's exhausting! They finally told me that they fired the first team. Another team we liked, they said they were not available because they went home sick that day. I am cancelling my service with Super maids, and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

The first time they came out it was phenomenal, but after this every time they came it wasn't very good, we thought it was possibly a fluke. They came out about a month ago, I couldn't even tell they had cleaned until I went upstairs to the bathroom and noticed something was moved. We were very dissatisfied and we won't use them again. They didn't even know how to clean a shower, I how to show them how to! They did call to see how it was, I was so disappointed and upset that I didn't want to deal with them, but they called to ask how the service was, and I told them how dissatisfied I was-the lady told me she would get back with me about it and they never even called back.

Now we have everything worked out! I just like that they call me ahead of time and let me know when we can schedule for the same crew, and they really leave it up to me if I want to allow a different crew to come out if mine can't make it. They also remind you about upcoming appointments which is great!

They were scheduled to arrive between 10 and 12. They arrived at 10:30, just as the movers were finishing. They got started right away, worked steadily and were finished in less than 2 hours (5 rooms and 1 bathroom). They did a good job, and used a stronger cleaning solution on some spots on the walls when requested (they had used a milder cleaner in order to protect the carpets from damage). Window cleaning was only done on the inside (what I expected), and floors were cleaned by hand, not just a mop. The work was completedaccording to the expectations I had after talking with the person on the phone. The only down side was having to pay $5 for using a credit card as opposed to cash; they didn't take checks.

I wish we had the same girls each time. I've had the manager come out before to show the work that has been done. In general, they do clean well, but I have to be there whenever they come and check up on them. It would be nice if I could leave and feel that the house could be done correctly. That’s the only thing I don’t like. Some girls are really good, but the girls that came yesterday were too busy texting and chit-chatting. If they did less talking and more cleaning, the work would get done a lot faster and the work would probably be a lot better. I had to call the office to let them know.

I have wood floors and want them to use my steam mop and not a bucket of dirty water. I schedule every two weeks for the same time, I would hope get the same, dependable people that have come out before. Yesterday, they didn’t clean the headboards or ceiling fans, baseboards, or light sockets.

I know others who pay $125. So, the price is reasonable. I would like to see the work done properly each time and get my money's worth.

I was happy with the service. They do very good work and they are very prompt. They do a great job and they are very thorough.

See above. My husband said they arrived at noon. I was not here. As I returned, they were ready to leave, having just finished cleaning. I checked the house after I had paid them and they had left. It was cleaned very well.

The company was very open to hearing all about my experience and sent a different cleaning crew out the very next morning. These cleaners were unbelievably good! I only asked them to do what had been done poorly or had been neglected or not cleaned at all. They cleaned every area I asked and even more with a thoroughness and detailed scrubbing not even my own cleaning could compare to. They even revacuumed all the carpeting that had been done prior and scrubbed all the bathrooms perfectly. She even got a long term stain off the toilet I had tried removing many times and it would not budge. They were wonderful people too and a pleasure to have in my house. They were the best housecleaners I have ever used!! I have used 7 or 8 companies throughout the US and not even my last service I was pleased with could compare to these two ladies. They spent quite a bit of time on the white faux blinds, which were very dirty, and they came out nice and clean! We are moving out of the country and family is moving into our house so 2 or 3 rooms were loaded with our families goods and needed little cleaning. 2 rooms were nearly vacant. Our kitchen is large with white cabinetry and a project in itself to clean. I could not be happier with their work!

They do a nice job and are very nice and professional. I try to have the house in order before they come so they can focus on doing the real cleaning. I am always so happy when they are finished and I have a beautifully cleaned home! I highly recommend them!

They are reasonably priced compared to other agencies. They do a good job.

The house had not been cleaned by a housekeeper in over 1 year so it had pleanty of dust and they spent the time necessary to do a thorough job. I aksed for a deep housecleaning which was only slightly more expensive then their basic rate.

They were able togive me the exact date and time I requested. Someone from the company called with a reminder call the day before There were two women who were very soft spoken and pleasant. They arrived on time and were respectful of my belongings. After they were completed and had left I noticed a few minor areas that were overlooked although I don't think intentionally. The previous company I used requested that I supply all of the cleaning materials and equipment. This company came prepared with everything except perhaps a step stool,( not certain of this) which would have been helpful to reach the few high areas that they overlooked. They asked if everything was done to my satisfaction before they departed. I will definitely use them again.

I will absolutely use them again!!! Last week I woke up wanting my house spotless for the fall. FALL CLEAN!! I spoke with Supermaid staff and explained in detail what I needed...1) deep cleaning 2) best crew 3) floors super clean 4) didn't want to think about cleaning products and 4) weekly service afterwards. Super Maid was able to schedule a crew to come out ASAP.

The cleaning team were super sweet and nice ladies. I was provided a two (2) hour window for their arrival time and the cleaning crew came on time with cleaning products/supplies in hand. With a quick walk through...they were off cleaning. My cleaning fairies sanitized, scrubbed, and worked their way throughout my house.They were so careful to removed all my items before dusting and even placed loose change in my little change collector as they worked each room.

I needed a deep cleaning in my condo and my cleaning fairies ladies made my home look and smell absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed on the hand washing of my hardwood floors.

I will be using Super maids on a weekly basis to keep my home looking so great. I feel guilty leaving anything out after the AWESOME cleaning they did for me.

I have had to switch teams 4 times. They seem to work with and try to solve problems that they have. I am in the process of relocation and my relocation period ends in August.

They come out every 2 weeks. They are timely and have done everything I have requested.

I called in the morning for same-day service-this was one of few companies online offering this. Two maids arrived 30 min late. The cleaning job was good, but only slightly better than what my boyfriend and I could have done had we had the time.
