Simon recommended a PVC connection, and quoted a price based on the Tee being threaded. Rudy arrived slightly early, did the job efficiently, and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. The price was exactly what was quoted. Recommended!

They've come out maybe two or three ties, great experience.

They ran two hot lines to the same faucet. Could not change since the vanity was installed after they roughed in the lines and before hooking up the faucet. They had to cut hole through middle of vanity to draw cold water from the other faucet. Now the cold water faucet runs hot water for a few minutes before it turns cold.

It went well. The technician was very good and there were no problems.

The pilot light on the water heater went out, and I was unable to get it going again, all this happening late on a Friday night. early saturday morning, I called a couple of local plumbers, including Simon. he was honest enough to tell me he was not sure he could come that morning, but said he would call me back as soon as he knew his schedule.
He ended up getting to our house within 2 hours. He had the water heater going again within 30 minutes, indicating that the burner assembly was failing and needed replacement. He said he would order the parts first thing Monday, and as soon as they arrived, he would come back and install them. He gave me an estimate of $240.00, which based on my web research, was very reasonable.
He not only ordered the parts as he said, he arranged for them to be shipped overnight so we had them Tuesday morning! In the meantime, the pilot went out again Sunday night. Simon came over and relit it, taking the time to show me exactly how to do it, in case it went out again, which it did!
He called us Tuesday to verify that the parts had arrived, then he and his son came over and finished the job, right on the estimate, despite his additional visit.
Simon is a true professional and a gentleman i would not hesitate to recommend, and I will certainly call him again when I need plumbing services

Work was performed quickly and he was careful to not make a mess anywhere.  All three jobs done were excellent with absolutely no issues afterward..

Simon did 2 seperate repair projects at different times totaling less than 1400 on plumbing system of a 40+ home. A rusted out drain pipe was replaced behind approxiamatley 15' of kitchen cabinetry without removing the cabinets. The second repair job was in preperation for new tile in 2 bathrooms where flanges were replaced and set at proper height to accomadate tile. I had recieved 2 other estimates on just the drain repair alone which where much higher and was told by the estimators that the cabinets would have to come out and that the plumbing cost did not include resetting the cabinets or repairing walls. Rose Plumbing responded quickly and arrived at the stated time. Simon listened about the problem then began researching the pipes and walls for options. He reviewed the options with me providing the least costly option with the caveat that you never know what you find behind walls. The work was done quickly and the work area was left clean. Simon also raised the drain lines under the sink to provide more storage area. All work is guarateed for 6 mo-1year.
