I've used John in the past, and he is beyond great! The first time I used him, called him to check a house my client was buying to check water issue...since it was off at the main and he couldn't do it, he didnt' charge! Not even a service charge! At that time I knew I met a plumber who truly cared about customers! I've used him many times for jobs since then, and he is always reasonable, on time, and is honest - which is the most important trait next to price...
He installed my gas fire logs - fantastic, and upgraded faucets etc. for me personally.
He is always super busy, but he cares! Five Stars!!!

John Donovan offered a lot of great ideas to make the construction go faster and neater. He earns an A+ in our book. We will use him again. The bathroom was completed and looked great.
