The owner, Joel Olivas was eager to please, and was conscientious bout ventilation, flashings, etc. , and was able to work around a problem with an adjoining garage roof on my town house in a way other's who made proposals couldn't. The quality of his work was good, and the product had a better warranty, and I thought was more attractive then that of others whose rates were not as reasonable. He immediately corrected a problem caused by not having enough product delivered. When his men went to get more shingles, they returned with and installed something similar, but not the same as the rest of the roof. When Joel came by and realized the error, he removed the incorrect shingles, and installed the right ones. Finally, I'm quite pleased.
