This company promised a service that they could not provide. My project was left incomplete due to the installer stating he could make a stainless steel cover/ drawer.

They cleaned up everything when they were done and gave us helpful info on the use of the machines.

There was an issue with the first microwave that prevented them from installing it. They even returned the first one and got another one which also didn't work. I purchased a totally different brand and they came back a week or so later to install with no additional charges.

On the Friday after Thanksgiving, our old microwave stopped working that Friday morning (with all of our T-giving leftovers to re-heat)!!! Even though they had a full schedule that day, they promised they would arrive to install the new one the same day as our service call. And they held up to their promise. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend A2Z.

John and Jenn provided the best customer service. They installed a dishwasher that another company wouldn't install. If they ran into an issue, they fixed it and moved on. No isn't in their vocabulary. Just amazing! Will definitely hire them again!
