+ -1 moreThis business not only erroneously over billed me, but when asked to return the overpayment they billed me for "Extra Free Work" performed by them without me signing another contract. They have not provided the standard contractors affidavit and waiver of lien on the garage. They have not pay all their subcontractors or employees...2 of which have threatened to put a lien on my property if they do not get paid. These people are slow to return phone calls or emails or will not respond in some cases...they claim to have a secretary to translate as only the vice president, Roman Hutnik is fluent in English, but reaching anyone on their business phone or getting them to show up for their scheduled appointments has not worked for me. I have been unable to get them to resolve my complaints thru the better business bureau and feel I am force to proceed with legal action against them.
Description of Work: Hired this company to construct a 4 car garage with separation wall based on a supply list from a kit garage we had found on major home improvement site, as well as, other general remodeling, new windows, siding, and a cider block fire separation wall in a crawl space. The fire wall is incomplete with gaps and is not constructed completely with cinder block, but plywood... which is not code. They left trash on-site that killed my grass and I had to remove most of it myself, some of the employees helped themselves to the beverages in my frig, removed property (full room of carpeting, padding and tack strip) that was not supposed to be removed during remodeling. They are charging me for work they completed without getting a contract signed by me. I found them listed as general contractors on major home improvement site.
