WMP QUALITY BUILDERS INC

This business not only erroneously over billed me, but when asked to return the overpayment they billed me for "Extra Free Work" performed by them without me signing another contract. They have not provided the standard contractors affidavit and waiver of lien on the garage. They have not pay all their subcontractors or employees...2 of which have threatened to put a lien on my property if they do not get paid. These people are slow to return phone calls or emails or will not respond in some cases...they claim to have a secretary to translate as only the vice president, Roman Hutnik is fluent in English, but reaching anyone on their business phone or getting them to show up for their scheduled appointments has not worked for me. I have been unable to get them to resolve my complaints thru the better business bureau and feel I am force to proceed with legal action against them.
