+ -1 moreREQUESTS FOR RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS ARE ROUTINELY IGNORED. PHONE CALLS ARE NOT RETURNED. WORK IS NOT DONE IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER. ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS WORK WAS NOT PERFORMED AT ALL BUT WAS BILLED. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY OF ANY KIND. PROVIDING SERVICE IS NOT SOMETHING THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD AT. THEY CONTINUALLY IGNORE THE CUSTOMER AND ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. THE COMPANY OWNER IS THE WORST OF ALL. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY IN A BUSINESS SITUATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH POOLSIDE.
Description of Work: REGULAR WEEKLY POOL SERVICE, RESURFACING OF POOL, INSTALLATION OF NEW PIPES ON FILTERING SYSTEM, FIX A LEAK IN THE POOL.
